I know that if Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and Blood Moon are in play then non-basic lands are still just Mountains due to layers, but is the same true for Realmwright? I would have thought so, but I have seen talk to the contrary and I understand very little about layers.
With Urborg and Blood Moon, it actually comes down to dependencies. The effect from Urborg is dependent upon the effect of Blood Moon, since apply Blood Moon will change what Urborg effect. So we always apply Blood Moon first and nonbasics will be just mountains and no lands will gain the Swamp subtype.
Realmwright and Blood Moon is just timestamps. If Blood Moon entered the battlefield first, the nonbasics will be Mountains as well as whatever type you chose for Realmwright. If Realmwright entered the battlefield first, then Blood Moon will overwrite the effect of Realmwright for your nonbasics and they'll just be Mountains (basics will have their normal type and the type given by Realmwright).
Scientists have calculated that the chance of anything so patently absurd actually existing are millions to one. But magicians have calculated that million-to-one chances crop up nine times out of ten.

I talk about both of these interactions in my article "Blood Moon in a Modern Environment": http://blogs.magicjudges.org/articles/2013/06/18/blood-moon-in-a-modern-environment/
