If you cast Momentary Blink on the angel token created by Geist of Saint Traft can you keep the token? I feel like if you put blink on the stack on top of the exile you get the keep the angel. Is this correct?

Tokens that leave the battlefield cease to exist. They can't come back. So if the Angel is exiled, it goes puff, never to be seen again.
A token that leaves the battlefield can't return to the battlefield, or move again to any other zone. The token will stay in exile and will cease to exist after Momentary Blink finishes resolving.
Under an older set of rules that were in place when Time Spiral came out, yes you got to keep the token, which is probably what you were thinking of. However they changed the rules shortly afterwards so that when the token leaves the battlefield from Momentary Blink (or any other blink effect worded like Momentary Blink) the token would not come back.
Actually i just found the answer. Since the token would be returned during the resolution of the same effect that removed it from play, state based effects don't have a chance to destroy the token. However, since I last played WotC added a rule specifically baring tokens from returning to play from any zone:
110.5g A token that has left the battlefield can’t come back onto the battlefield. If such a token would return to the battlefield, it remains in its current zone instead. It ceases to exist the next time state-based actions are checked; see rule 704.

Your right, in this particular case, this rule seems to be more applicable:
Quote from Comprehensive Rules »
110.5g A token that has left the battlefield can’t move to another zone or come back onto the battlefield. If such a token would change zones, it remains in its current zone instead. It ceases to exist the next time state-based actions are checked; see rule 704.
I was thinking more of the end result; the ceasing to exist part, rather than the actual rule that kept the token from returning
