Do I randomize all the revealed Mountains and Forests together on the bottom of my library? Or will I put all the Mountains below all the Forests, or all the Forests below all the Mountains? I'm basically wondering when the various "put the exiled cards on the bottom in a random order" effects occur throughout the course of chaining multiple cascade spells together.
You resolve one cascade trigger in full before the next cascade trigger (from the revealed cascade spell) even goes on the stack. This means, all the cards you didn't cast from one cascade trigger will be on the bottom of your library in a random order before the next batch goes there.
In your example, your resolve the first cascade, exile the three Mountains and Violent Outburst, cast VO, then all the Mountains go on the bottom, then VO's cascade trigger is put on the stack. When it resolves, you exile the three Forests and llanowar Elves, cast the Elves, then put the three Forests on the bottom of your library. So all the Forests end up below the Mountains.
