Additionally, I'd like to know why gush is banned in legacy. Is it as good as a card or was there any degenerate combo with it before? It looks to me the drawback of returning two lands is quite big.
Omniscience gets around the mana cost of the card, but not any additional costs. So yes, if you're casting a noncreature spell, you'll have to pay 1 due to Thalia. And in the case of Trinisphere, you'll have to pay 3 to cast a spell (the Golems don't affect much here. You apply them, then Trinisphere sees you're paying less than 3 mana, so it'll make you pay at least 3 to cast it).

Scientists have calculated that the chance of anything so patently absurd actually existing are millions to one. But magicians have calculated that million-to-one chances crop up nine times out of ten.
The formula for the cost to cast a spell is:
(Mana cost or alternate cost) + (additional costs) + (effects that increase the cost) - (effects that reduce the cost) + (apply Trinisphere if applicable.)
So for your examples:
1. (Nothing) + (none) + 1 - (none) + (N/A) = 1
2. (Nothing) + (none) + 2 - (none) + 1 (because it was less than three mana up to that step) = 3.
Omniscience covers the mana cost part of the card. Then the two Lodestone Golems raise the cost to 2 if the spell's a non-artifact. Then Trinisphere sets the cost to 3 no matter what. That said, if there is an additional cost such as Buyback, you may still end up paying more than 3. In the case of Capsize, you would pay 3 for the Buyback cost, and 2 for the Lodestone Golems, and Trinisphere would not apply.
1. Omniscience and Thalia, guardian of thraben in play
In this situation, all spells costs 1 colorless mana to play, don't they?
2. Omniscience, trinisphere and two lodestone golem in play.
In this situation, do all the spells cost 3?
Additionally, I'd like to know why gush is banned in legacy. Is it as good as a card or was there any degenerate combo with it before? It looks to me the drawback of returning two lands is quite big.
Thanks

2. yes, omniscience controller must pay 3 to cast a spell.
there are various reason, you can find them on ban list discussion thread.
Noncreature spells will cost 1 to cast, as Omniscience only bypasses the mana cost of the card, not other costs, such as Thalia's ability.
