So we're deep into Battlebond spoilers, and I want to bring up two cards in particular: Last One standing and Thrilling Encore. It really seems like it's the same goblin in both of those arts.
Now, when WotC releases a non-standard, non-Masters set, they release at least one story article about it. (Conspiracy had 6!) In the story article for Battlebond, how likely is it that it focuses on this goblin, as a show of the life of an arena competitor?
I'm also not sure about which one of these comes first chronologically. Was the fight he was walking into in Thrilling Encore the one that he lucksack'd to winning? Or was everybody so impressed by that show that they let him into the big scenes?
There will not be a Battlebond story, unfortunately (confirmed on Twitter). Alison Luhrs wrote a worldbuilding article about it that will probably be out next week.
Makes Sense didn't they just reshuffle the whole writing team? Not for the better for the Dominaria Story in my book but lets hope they are ready to go for the Ravnica Trilogy.

Any input would be appreciated.
