I'm a great fan of Ravnica. And I was always very fond of Domri Rade, both because his punk image and his guild initiation, although he was completely forgotten as a character since that. But still personally I really wish to read about him in newest Ravnica storyline and to see him on card(s).
Well, I think that a young boy shoud have parents. What I'll write further can be ridiculous a bit, but still I got proofs.
And so I think that his dad and mom are...
Jace and Baltrice.
At first, there were some things that struck me while I was reading Agents of Artifice.
Baltrice obviously hates Jace for something that is beyond their deals with the Consortium. She has many reasons to dislike him, but still I saw there something more personal than professional jealousy.
Then there was a clear hint in text that she comes from the Gruuls. Ahead he saw a flickering road, a ribbon of fire that stretched into the distance. At its end was a burning husk, a dead tree that crackled and flamed but was never consumed, and he knew it was the Spark of the woman he followed.
I thought at once that they had some guilds-related clash before the AoA's plot, for Guuls have never been peacefully intended, especially towards that kind of "bookworms" But the book never revealed that. Instead of it we got quite a bizarre metaphor later. She took one step forward, a second, and then, with a bitter curse, dropped her hands to her sides. "Get out of here, Beleren!"
For an instant, Jace couldn't move. He couldn't have been more stunned if she'd announced that she was having his baby.
What is that mentioned for? Sure, readers shipped Jace and Baltrice, and I thought it could be just to fuel the interest.
But then after many yesrs we got Ixalan storyline and an awesome story of Jace getting his tattoos, back in Ravnica, when he was fifteen.
(I'll skip some Vraska's notes on that, for not to distract the thought.)
He couldn't have been older than fifteen, and he was seated on a broken chair amid rubble. Vraska recognized the area as one under Gruul control, given the copious amounts of both trees and recently destroyed buildings. Firelight filtered in through ragged hanging canvas, and a haggard-looking Gruul shaman stood nearby busying himself with an enchantment on his own hand. The shaman's arms were covered from shoulder to wrist with tattoos of the city streets.
The teenage Jace seated in the chair had the look about him of someone who wanted to disappear and wish someone more imposing into his place. His outfit was disheveled, the cut of it unfamiliar. Vraska sensed in the fabric of the memory that this version of Jace had arrived in Ravnica for the first time only days before.
The Gruul shaman's hand was glowing brilliant white. "This your first?" he grunted.
It took Jace a moment too long to answer. "Yes," he said timidly.
He was the wimpiest teenager she had ever seen—no wonder he wanted a cool tattoo.
(...)
"Then take a swig of that," the shaman said in the memory, pointing at a bottle on the young illusion-Jace's left. "This'll hurt like a Rakdos comedy."
Vraska chuckled at the simile as Jace followed the artist's instructions. He made a face at its taste (she didn't blame him for that) and put on a look of determination.
The shaman leaned over the teenager and drew a line with his finger down Jace's cheek, leaving a brilliant white tattoo in its place. He continued on his chin and arm, and Vraska watched as the shaman diligently painted a braver face on the nervous teenager's own.
And so we got a teenager that came into Gruul territory, ready for all. It could be fully possible that he met Baltrice there (on a party after his body modification :D) and that meeting had a concequence.
I didn't find now the exact age of Domri (well, I'm not good with numbers, and please correct me if you need), but he definitely cam be the son of Jace, who is now in his second half of twenties, and Baltrice, who is about ten years older, if I'm not mistaking.
If the theory is worthy, the new Ravnica can be a bit like a soap opera, but it will be fun!
Jace is not old enough to have a young-teenage son (Jace isn't 30 yet, Domri is 13-14) and if this were true, Baltrice would be on some kind of registry. Also, the Spark is known not to be hereditary.
Good job finding interesting evidence, but there's no reason to think it adds up to anything.

A 26 year old can have a 13 year old son. I don’t think the Gruul have any rule that people have to wait until they’re 18 to get it on. Heck, all sorts of countries have rules forbidding teenagers from getting it on but they still do. There’s even a reality TV show called “16 and pregnant.”

Considering what we know about the, shall we say, methods Jace was employing to maintain a good relationship with Baltrice... No thanks. I really really really REALLY don't want to think about the implications of this.
I think the implication is that Jace hooked up with Baltrice when he was 15 and wasn’t using mind Magic.

As for me, I would prefer all planeswalkers to be childfree. This is one of the things I really love about the original storyline - the idea that they are forever alone. Gatewatch somehow violated it, and Jace with Liliana too, but this is a kind of relationships that only accent that general idea.
After all, i really feel that Elspeth was punished for her wish to abandon her gift and to settle with a mundane guy. It's very Greek-tragedy style!
Then we got Tamiyo with her family and it was quite cute - I love rats
But still, yes, I never want any of the family values among the walkers anymore.
I absolutely love Jace and his character as a lonesome one, and I wish that it never changes. But, really, if Jace would still have some kind of middle-life crisis, let it be something that shakes Ravnica and shocks people (and readers). And that story with the son is okay. And I associate Gruuls' districts a bit with Brazilian favelas, so there is needed a soap opera with lost children
Ps. Does anybody really believe that someone asked Jace's age when he came to make a tattoo - first of all?
