Really simple- who do I complain to about not only having to wait longer, but also still not having a release date for Origins on PS4, not to mention android? I am so tired of getting sloppy seconds from developers because I don't buy into Xbox or iOS. It really feels like they just assume people will sit back and take it, and just hand over the money. I'm sure a lot will, but I would like a reasonable explanation before I give them money for Origins.
As far as I can tell, there is no release planned for Android this time around at all. Everything official I've seen mentions iOS followed by Xbox One and Steam, followed by PS4.
As for why you have to wait, there are a lot of factors to getting a game released, and not all of them are under the control of the developers. This is exacerbated when releasing on multiple platforms. For Magic Duels in particular, it seems that the Steam version at the very least, if not the Xbox One version as well, are being delayed past their initial intended launch date due to problems discovered with the iOS release. At least you can take some vindication that the Apple users have started with a partially broken game.
The cause of the release schedule could potentially be anyone from Hasbro, Wizards of the Coast, Stainless Games, Apple, Microsoft, Sony, Valve, or some middleman between two or more of these companies that I'm not aware of. Finding a single person or even a single company to pin the blame on (and thus to send an angry letter to) is difficult. Further, this late in the development cycle, angry letters are not going to change anything for Magic Duels (although in theory it could improve things for the future if you manage to reach the right people).
The official word is still that the Steam/Xbox One versions will be out sometime this month, with PS4 next month.
I wouldn't be so myopic as to blame it on one person, what I want is the appropriate channel to register my displeasure. I think that it is important for consumers of a product to share when they think a company not providing you with a product you want. Whether it is their fault or not there is one person at WOTC who's job it is to measure the popularity of their electronic games so they can adapt their plans and future decisions.
As far as Android- At comicon they at least said that they might do a platform addition when a new set was added, though they did not sound optomistic.
What makes no sense is that at comicon they really emphasized this as a gateway for new and returning players, and know it has worked so far, so why would you not even plan for producing it on the most common mobile OS? Apparently iOS users spend more money per person on apps, but there are FAR more Android users (in the US anyway). If you want the most eyes on your app then you plan to get your app on the big two mobile platforms.
It is just baffling. I not even planning on getting duels for Android, but I still don't understand the decision.
At comicon when they asked the audience if they had downloaded the iOS app the response was meager at best. I think if they had a parralel release the response would have been dramatically better.
No, I know several people who were looking forward to playing it on Android. I want the ps4 version personally. Do you really think there are less people who would play it on Android? Do you really think that only iOS users want a portal through which to try or return to MTG?
I've heard DotP did poorly on Android, which would certainly be a factor if I were the one deciding how to manage the man-hours put into the game at Stainless.
I can confirm myself to be one of the many who were excited to play Magic Origins on their Android device and then were severely disappointed when a release for it was absolutely non-existent.

First off: Bad move not making it for android. I play hearthstone on my phone far more often than I do on my PC. So yes I am also dissapointed that I won't be able to play on the go.
second: It's already the 26th and still no steam release? This is getting ridiculous.
I really do want to know who to write to.
