So I have been playing Arena lately with my standard brew and being quite well against the field.
I seem to see the following;
1. RDW
2. Selensya tokens
3 UR, UB, UW, jeskai control
4. Boros Angels
5. monogreen aggro and stompy
6. monoblue tempo
However, RDW i see about 25% of the time. I think RDW is most prevalent because it's the easiest to build competitively since you don't need to waste rare wildcards on land and 70% of the deck is available via the precon.
What do you guys mostly see?
What is the current standard RDW list? I want to spend my gold/gems on doing events where I can, because buying packs is terrible in this game. As much as I'd prefer to throw together a Boros (or even Naya) Angels list, it'd be easier to use my wild cards on building something that has a reasonable chance at winning events and helping grow my card pool.

The problem is the "meta" is based primarily on what you play. I switch between three decks right now. If I play my Jeskai Control(ish) I play against a completely different pool of opponents than I do if I play my B/G midrangey deck. So if you dont like the meta, just play different colors.

Has this been confirmed or is it just everyone's own "confirmation bias"?

It was confirmed in closed beta that free play matchmaking was based on an unspecified "deck strength" metric. I never heard any mention it would be changed in the open beta and there's still tons of complaints about it their official forums.

I'm personally playing a Boros Aggro deck but I wouldn't really classify it as Angels, mainly because I don't have any Lyra's.
