So with all the existing counters we already have to deal with (+1, -1, loyalty, and even token creatures to name a few), now we have to worry about ability counters. What is your plans to keep track of these?
Here are our designs. Made out of acrylic and each one is precision laser cut. Highly visible and easy to distinguish from across a table. Indestructible and double strike will also be added to this.
Let us know what you think and what your plan is for keeping track. This only complicates the tabletop game.

A counter is a marker placed on an object or player that modifies its characteristics and/or interacts with a rule, ability, or effect. Counters are not objects and have no characteristics. Notably, a counter is not a token, and a token is not a counter. Counters with the same name or description are interchangeable.
Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths is about "building your own monsters". This is represented by the keyword ability mutate. You can mutate a creature you control by paying the mutate cost and placing the card below or above a non-Human creature. They mutate into the creature on top plus all abilities from under it.
I like these because they are dice. Reasons are twofold. 1) They'll go in my bag of dice quite easily--they fit right in. 2) They seem like they might hold up a lot better over the years. Why should I care? Well, besides the obvious value in long-term durability I do not want to think about trying to track down "Ikorka Ability Counters" a decade from now. (I mean--they're hard to find right now.) So, I'm quite happy to pay a bit more for this solution because it basically means I won't have to replace any of them later unless I lose them which I won't. GREAT.
The dice are a bit more expensive (for sure) and they're made-to-order so I'm waiting a bit for them. Even then, I honestly felt like these were frankly the only acceptable solution on the market to this particular problem. Everything else I look at seems like it would be a downgrade to me. Sorry if this wasn't the feedback you were looking for when you posted this but it is the truth. Hope it helps. Good luck with these they do look great!
I have these laser-cut tokens from Lake Effect and I'm very happy with them. Those dice you linked to, Morphling, are very cool, but for the number I wanted to have available they'd have been prohibitively expensive. Plus with the acrylics it's easier to mix-and-match, using one face of a die locks you out from using the others.
