There is honestly nothing at all broken about the idea of drawing X cards and losing X life. You're giving up 2 cards to start with, and if it IS the same as Skeletal Scrying, then it isn't going to do much for you in the first couple turns, given the small graveyard you'll have.
This will see a LOT of play, but it isn't overpowered at all.

The problem is that it would be for free. Drawing lots of cards is fine, but when you get four, five, or six cards for zero mana, you are asking for a problem.
Hmm, I'd say that nothing here really stands out to me, except possibly the new Winter Orb. The shoals are looking pretty sad from the blue and red ones, IMO. I wonder if the new Orb will be good enough to be used in t2...

I don't think they've been posted yet. I did see that issue yesterday thought because some little kid had one at fnm. For the most part the new cards are kind of bland imo. I like blazing shoal alot though.
btw.. greater scans of page 1 would be really appreciated

What we're doing here is akin to taking the text of Moby Dick, locating specific words therein, rearranging them to create a passage from Fight Club, and concluding from this evidence that Tyler Durden is based on Ahab.
so horoki the dusk drinker seems to be.. a cloud of dusk !?!?!?!

Very nice! Thanks for the new information. I guess I was wrong about the Patron of Blue, Patron of the Moon, eh? Does Patron of the Soartami not fit or is that more flavorful?
But have you ever seen that effect a land, except for Choke?
Yes, Exhaustion, Rising Waters, Mana Vapors, yes i did just do a search on "don't Untap" in an MTG searcher (not gatherer) and most of those cards were Blue, though white did have the creatures don't untap stuff
