Final Judgment -
Sorcery (R)
Remove all creatures from the game.
This comes from a reliable source of mine. Thanks, anonymous source!
Looks like white's in it to win it! Goodbye Spiritmonger, Darksteel Colossus, reanimator! W0000000000000000000T! :smile01: :imu:
PS: Don't leak this to other boards yourself. Let them come and find it themselves. If I wanted to leak this there, I would have. I'm all for sharing info... but let them come here and see it themselves
This seems a bit too costly. With Wrath of God you get all creatures buried and tacking on two colorless mana and gaining remove from the game doesn't seem worth it.
Gold. Just gold... well, in Block anyway.
Wrath is already in standard... If this shows up in 9th, I'll laugh quite a bit,
The spell itself is pretty cool, though... Final Judgment sounds a bit cooler than "Wrath of God"... ok... no it doesn't.
I'm limiting myself to single periods for the rest of the week.
hmm will i pay 2 mana to screw over reanimator?...yes this rules...but im sad becasue this means armageddon will have a white border

if you are ever being chased by a police dog, try not to run through a tunnel, then over a little see-saw, then jump through a ring of fire. theyre trained for that
Well the card is pretty good at what it does. Still at 6 mana, I really would want to see something better than a Wrath of God that screws spiritcraft and Indestructible. Still, I can't complain as it is a very strong wrath variant in block. Just not really constructed worthy...Oh well.

As always, thanks for the inside info R_E!
I guess I should have added an andendum to first post, but I'm too lazy. This is a bomb in limited with only minimal applications in constructed so I agree with you.
"anti-tooth" this, "anti-tooth" that... bah, humbug. On turn 6 you're probably already dead. If not; I suppose tooth will need to go back to G/U, in which case this thing's just going to be mana leaked; or worse still... condescended for 1.
This looks like the new Akroma's vengenance to rebuild an old deck... looks like control just got powerful again! Nice to see another wrath effect for type 2, just wish it didn't cost 2 more... BTW thanks R_E and your secret is safe from the old guys... let's see how long it takes them to find it!
A large reason why U/W control has been dead for the last three months is because there has not been a reasonably useful 'secondary' board sweeper within white.
This is most definitely a reasonably useful 'secondary' board sweeper.
Alright, it's expensive, it costs 6 mana, and it doesn't deal with artifact lands. It stops soulshifting (in block), it stops darksteel colossus (and ingot and pendant if you metagame continues to contain March), and it plain old stops eternal witness recursion (creature-wise).
It costs six mana, but six mana is not too much when backed up sufficiently.
Now, R_E give me some lovin' and show me that Eternal Dragon/Decree of Justice remake you have tucked down your sleeve.
Yes you will, because they will sacrifice all their artifacts in response
Sorry, this won't stop ravager/disciple from being broken.
But it does provide a secondary buffer, so long as you can hold the fort until turn 5-6 (remember, you WILL be using wayfarer's bauble in any deck with this card)
Looks great to me.
-Avoids disciple and all death-triggers
-reasonable cost (wrath is under-costed)
-Great for block
-Solid addition to wrath for control decks in T2
definitely playable in block, and a massive bomb in limited. Beyond that, though, i dunno. Half of Wrath's power came from it being 2WW. It could clean house against beatdown before you got slaughtered. At six mana, however, your life expectancy drops pretty badly. Thanks R_E!

I disagree. Akroma's Vengeance was very much a large factor in W/x control being viable during OLSMD5 standard. Certainly part of that came from being able to cycle, and another portion was from it's ability to outright clean affinity's board, but at the same time, it only did so on the fifth turn.
This has added effectiveness against two different decks (one of which is currently tier 1, the other hovers around tier 2) that *** (and vengeance) were/are not. I feel that this card strikes a good balance between speed and power. I am looking forward to trying it out for myself, however.
I feel it will be good in Type 2 constructed, but I won't make any foolish bets about it.
This also allows you to kill off Kokusho (or other dragons should they show up in constructed) without getting yourself killed. Its pretty useless against affinity, and completely useless against T&N as if you have the mana to afford it, they'll probably pull out the Kiki-Jiki/Titan as opposed to any collosi.

White gives all everyone the finger WITH THE THUMB EXTENDED. I am tickled pink by this card.
Thanks for the info r_e

White/X control doesn't have it yet.
