the crescent moon was badass, but I loved the Naginata as well.
For logo, I have to say the Crescent moon logo with the crescent moon symbol was a beautiful combo.

New Rules come out for 2010 Edition... "THEY'RE TURNING MAGIC INTO YU-GI-OH! THE GAME IS RUINED! EVERYONE PETITION AND GET THEM TO CHANGE IT BACK!"
New Rules come out for *Reserved for something in 2020* "THEY'RE TURNING MAGIC INTO *currently "simple" game by the more "skilled" players*! THE GAME IS..." etc.
My guess is that the crescent moon signifies that Mochi and the Soratami will come into power in Guardian (Just as they planned in Heretic.) This is pure speculation of course, and I know almost for sure that they wont make a moonfolk heavy set.

I have to admit that I would have really liked the crescent moon logo and symbol. It is a shame, because the one that they picked up I like the least, even the dragonflies or the naginata were better. But the naginata is too similar to Nemesis's axe or Mirrodin's SOK (Sword of Kaldra) :D, and the ring-bound dragonfly is too unrecognizable when diminished. Also the weapon thing does not look bad.
Have you noticed the snake-like font in the dragonfly version of logo?
I am glad for the colour. I have guessed either gold/yellow or white, when seeing the bordeaux-colored logo.

Probably not a moonfolk heavy set, but a wizard-heavy set may be the case. The folks at Minamo may find a breakthrough or something as well..
I wonder what kami the dragonfly is supposed to be. (I don't read the novels.) Anyone important died recently and transcended into a Kami? Or could it be That Which Was Taken in its true form?
Oh yeah, can anyone enlighten me what that dagger-like weapon is called (not the naginata)?
The dragonfly symbol looks like a non-smoking sign with the way it's designed. lol, "No Dragonflies allowed!"
The cresent moon lkooks like an apple with a bite taken out of it, the halberd-like weapon does resemble Nemesis, but then again the Mirrodin sword looks close to the Scimitar of Arabian Nights...The lantern looks like the best choice in my opinion. Gives that folklore-esque type feeling.
P.S: Did anyone notice the Tournament Packs listed on each of those boxes? Maybe I'm looking at it the wrong way but still, that is rather discerning.
I kinda liked the cresecent moon thingy, but oh well.
The Crescent moon one was awesome
And the crecent moon seems to have a lot of focus as well...
Any guesses?

so if the Moon symbol was being used so prominently, then maybe we are going to be introduced to the Kami of the Sun.
also... in the books for the cycle isn't "Mochi" the Kami of the crescent moon?
just my thoughts...
and for the record... i really liked the dragonfly symbol. very nice...

Traditionally known as katsumushi or the "invincible insect", the dragonfly was a favorite symbol of strength among Japanese warriors.
