Just by coincidence today, while reading one of the articles at MTG.com, I noticed that all the cards in the banner had a pattern: they all have something to do with spring.
And also if you haven't noticed all the Cards of the Day have had to deal with rabbits, or as they said today, bunnies. Could there be an EASTER BUNNY in SoK?! Legendary Rabbit Spirit. Makes egg tokens. Sac an Egg token for a random effect!!! </sarcasm>

Hey!!! Don't tease me!
*sigh* I'd really like to have them print a useful rabbit, for a change... :slant:
How about the Soratami? They're supposedly based on rabbit people from Japanese mythos.

Forgive me father, I did an original sin, I poked a badger with a spoon.
Yes, I like my coffee, hot and strong... Like I like my women: Hot and strong, with a spoon in them.
How about the Soratami? They're supposedly based on rabbit people from Japanese mythos.
Again, they don't have the Creature Type of Rabbit.
I did find it incredibly comical that they'd mention the fact that Zodiac Rabbit is the only Rabbit in the game. They really need to rectify this situation...
(Just FYI: No, I don't expect WotC to actually create more Rabbits. I'd love for them to, but I'm really just joking. There's no sensible reason to do so, as Rabbits aren't exactly offensive creatures. :))

Maybe this is just a one week thing, but they could be starting patterns from now on.
The Theme the banner your talking about is about the Arrival of Spring, Here's why:
Vernal Equinox: The scientfic name for the arrival of spring.
Rites of Spring: People often rush out and get readt for Spring like a Rites
Vernal Bloom: Transaltion from Science: Spring Bloom
Harbringer of Spring: The welcoming of Springtime
Springing Tiger: The word Spring is in the Name.
And the CotD Rabbit's theme is becuase Sunday Is Easter.

I used to write for MTGS, including Cranial Insertion and cube articles. Good on you if you can find those after the upgrade.
