Calm interior, violent exterior 2G
Instant - Arcane
Target creature gets +X/+X until end of turn, where X is the number of cards in your hand. The fantastic objects rotating the kami rotated faster each time, creating a cyclone of movement. When it opened its eyes, it attacked.

......WTF????....... I don't even know what kind of warning you deserve for this....
Wasn't the orb off before on one or two words? Maybe its just a small error in WotC's program.
That's what I was going to post. Yes, the Oracle HAS been wrong before, and it's certainly wrong here - or the English version had to shorten it to "this card" for the Channel ability due to space issues.

Especially as Arashi is a 5/5 for 5 mana, i can easily see mono green beats and some other decks including it. Especially as its channel effect can't be countered by normal coutnerspells

I love Joboman, Poggy, Niv, and Vezok, because, while they may not be the best players, they still try to win. Having fun is the most important thing to a game, but I've learned that if you don't try to win, then you're ruining everyone else's fun.
I don't understand why the Promising Kannushi is a "Druid" rather than a "Monk". Even Azusa and the Budoka Gardener/Dokai are Monks. It seems really out of flavor with the rest of the block, which is wierd since this is the "flavor block" and they should be paying attention to these things. I guess it just seems like all of the "tribes" or themes they've tried implementing in this block are all rushed in the "# of cards" sense. I guess that's the trouble with with only having 1 plane per block now, there's not enough time to really expand all their themes. Although seeing only 8 cards of this set can't really be used as a measure for the rest of it, and I do hope I'm wrong and Saviors does tie up all the loose ends.
Other than that, I guess these look like interesting cards...low power, but interesting.

"If your liver winds up in a dish with a little ruler next to it, there's something wrong with your liver." -Dr. Mahl, GI specialist, UB Med
there are 4 arashi's in the orb, but only 3 on the card right?
but arashi is a legend, so there is some flavor text, mentioning him. or, there is a card that has arashi is it's name, (arashi's Rage or something like that)
see? problem solved.
One of the Arashis might be "this card" in the English ver., to help the text wrap better. (This still does not fix the "shattered" problem, but whatever.)
Hypothetical:
Arashi, the Shattered(?) Sky
3GG
Legendary Creature - Spirit
XG, T: Arashi, the Shattered(?) Sky deals X damage to each creature with flying.
Channel - XGG, discard this card: Arashi deals X damage to each creature with flying.
5/5
Channel- XGG, discard Arashi: Deal X damage to each creature with flying.
Does it make sense to have a creature card dealing damage? It doesn't really make sense for the actual creature to be dealing the damage when it's not in play.
I'll try and compile the 8 cards as best I can, using the original translation provided by Salagious, and then doing some corrections and more guesses. Please comment and help me finalize this batch!

When these are as close as we're gonna get, they can go on the spoiler!
Rendind Vines, Kami of the Tended Garden and Arashi, the Sky Asunder are perfect hits, R_E
Only flaw in your post: 'Inner Calm, Outer Strength' can´t be right. There's no 'Strength', or so the Orb says. I believe we have 'Inner Calm, Outer Power' here.
Only flaw in your post: 'Inner Calm, Outer Strenght' can´t be right. There's no 'Strenght', or so the Orb says. I believe we have 'Inner Calm, Outer Power' here.
"Strength" returns 1 result... so I think it's Inner Calm, Outer Strength.
How cares about the names, guys? We know they are real and we know what they do. What they do is far more important! Overall I like what we have seen. The Soulshift 7 guy reminds me of the Kicker 7 guys from back in Invasion. Also expect the Ghost-Lits to be very good in limited.
I also like the fact that most of these abilites in the set go well together. Lets just hope we get an Epic card soon!
Who cares about the names?... the Ghost-Lids very good in limited...
Yeah, the "lids" look awesome. Well the reason you see more digging and hunting than card analysis right now is:
1) people are excited to find out everything they can about the cards because they are hungry for info.
2) the cards themselves can be critiqued over in the card discussion subforum!
But you're right, the red "lid" looks pretty brutal already.
What a treat it is to come onto the forums this morning and find 8 new cards awaiting speculation/discussion, It great to have Rancored back among us too.
Many thanks to 'The Ghost' again for providing this info, these teasers are jsut what the season ordered.
The translations are accurate enough to give a 99% correct account of what the cards will be named/abilities, but best of all, we now have numbers for another 8 cards!!! gogo number crunching!
It's great to get these corrected transtions. But the new cards seem weird. Why would a 1/1 have a soulshift 7. I could a small use for it late game but I think it's useless.
Shinen of Life's Roar: I'm going to put 4 of these in my GW spiritcraft deck when SOK comes out. But it feels like an Uncommon for a strange reason.
Ghost Lit cycle seems to be really cool but are there Ghost in Kamigawa? I haven't seen any and all that came close were spirits.

Great finds and translations, Soramaro definately does not beat out meloku but is good in his own right as he is a card drawing engine ( rather expensive one but one nonetheless ) two weeks to the pre-release, gonna be fun

Maybe the problem lies with Portugal. What do the portugese versions of Azusa and Dokai say for a creature type?
Also, I realize this might be off topic, but Plow = 1 Under = 1 by the orb....... could it come back in Saviors?
Um...That is what the major discussion is about. Not all of them do match so we are checking translation and finding synomns.
Also we know the Plow Under as well....

Which is the portuguese translation for ´Monk´.
