I think that #6 would be cloud elemental.....although the arts are both likely candidates. #6 seems to focus entirely on the Creature though, so that's mostly why my hunch is that way.
Or is there reason to believe that Air Elemental is getting new art.....again?

yeah I think it's cone of flame also, but another choice could be bogardan firefiend. The art doesn't really fit the firefiend at all, but that's the only other possibility I can think of.
Most of the cards here can be confirmed through various threads an obvious representations of the old version with the exceptions of a few. Which said cards have been seen elsewhere, through various threads and personal accounts.
The few I have problems with are number 17 and 11.

#16 is Denizen of the Deep! And it's in the blue precon! Along with 1 Tidings! Total w00tness.
#17 is Doomed Necromancer. I really liked the inclusion of a scroll--as it shows the necromancer's ineptitude as well as the one-time nature of his ability.
The others are too obvious, but YOWZA! are they stunning. Bog Wraith and Angel of Mercy look good enough to put into a constructed deck. Maybe not. The focus of the older Cho-Manno was better, but this new one seems more of the good guy I imagined from the novel. But the old one did get the screwed-up hippie I also imagined. LOL

oh those are some hard ones, and i have only drafted once with the set. yup 5 is bloodrock(by the way grabing 4 of him in a draft is really good with 2 uncontrolable angers in a deck)

#2 is Benalish Knight. I think it was lurking in one of the Mexiscans.
I really wanted #4 to be Recollect, but I guess it has to be Commune with Nature--which needed to be pulled a little from over-Kamigawa-ness.
Boo on #6: Air Elemental. I want the babelemental from 5th Ed. back.
