I am really disappointed that they are showing off that weird looking elf picture that someone drew in MSpaint on another thread.
The one of the Flamekin from the novel cover is sweet though, and the new flamekin is also quite nice.
The beast lookin' thing at the bottom of the wall is also an incredible art.

Dear kbx41,
You have received a warning at MTG Salvation Forums.
Reason:
-------
Flaming or Other Forms of Misbehavior
Saying that you sometimes wish people (in this case the implication is the staff) would fall down a well and get AIDS is hardly appropriate for the forum.
The montage product art seems so Legion-esque, the Flamekin and the Kithkin and the Boggart/Goblins charging like that...
And eeeewww...the weird elf-shaman with a non-existent waist shows up again. I think it's purpose is to promote awareness of the dangers of prolonged corset wearing.

Good news! Right handed people live 9 years longer than their left handed counterparts!

Thanks Shade! You've done me proud! *sniff* Good to know if I don't make it back next year again, someone is "on it." Definately love some of the new Kithkin art, like the white eyed soldiers... It's nice to see a better pic of the treefolk guy from the boosters. He looks less like a giant crawly tree head (with roots as tentacle feet) and more like a tall stepping treefolk with a lurching back.
hmm. look at the feet of the large chested elf with a sword (and that sthe ONLY meat on her bones, god have these artists ever SEEN a real woman) it looks like a graveyard interaction. perhaps a rebirth of somesort
The round "hut" thing left of the "Lorwyn Concept Art" block looks very interesting...
At first I thought it must be a hut dwelling on the ground, but the more I look at it the more it looks like it is in the middle of a river intersection and has water falling out of the "windows"/holes. Could this be the Merrow houses?
Great job!!! The hounds seem to be regular companions to the elves. What is it with the bird-thing. Are parts chopped of? And another ox! And another Boggart!
I'm rather excited about the Kithkin riding on top of some sort of bird thing. Have we seen that before?
I'm curious to that art as well.
I'm pretty sure we haven't seen it before.
Can somebody make out all features of the bird to confirm it's some kind of mount? Because to me, it looks it may be some sort of contraption he's riding. I dunno.:-/ I may be looking into it too much. Edit: (I am looking into it too much)
"If I do go to heaven, I'll smack god across the face and tell him to get me a grilled-cheeses sandwhich and then say 'Yea what now god!? Say some'in! I dare you!' "
Went to GenCon today & was only going to be there just for today. I took pictures of each square on the wall. I'm going to use links, cause the pictures are rather large (2832 x 2128) & I'm too lazy to shrink them down so I can attach them. They are listed in the order I took them. Not in the order they were on the wall.
It's probably a cervin--with those horns and its general build (minus the wings), it's deer-like (or stag-like, elk-like, whatever) to fulfill the name's description. Possibly it's some special breed or something, though, since I don't remember cervins as having wings from what we've been told. Or maybe it isn't a cervin at all.

Judging by the flowers/vines growing on the horns, and the mildly surreal feel to it, I'd say its an Elemental, green or white most likely. It seems to fit the style of elemental seen on Shriekmaw.
Nice photos. Without the high-res, it would be difficult to tell that the bison/minotaur in #8 is made of stone. It looks like some guardian of the forest that becomes animated if needed. Reminds me of something from the PS2 game Shadow of the Colossus.
It's interesting that the text on #9 says "Peanut White: Flowerfield", when the art could easily be classified as a forest.
If the swampy-looking guys with the frog are boggarts, they sure don't look like goblins to me. Here's hoping they aren't typed as goblins.
I'm curious to that art as well.
I'm pretty sure we haven't seen it before.

As I mentioned in the other thread, it positively looks like Kami... Weird half-object critter with their trademark smaller objects flying around... Not Kami of the Drums, though, but of the Jugs... I hope there's an explanation for these... Last thing fitting Lorwyn, IMO, is Kamigawa-style Spirits...
On the stag picture it says:
Peanut .....
White .........
Elemental .......
I can't make out the rest of the text, it's down near the creatures legs on the right side.
EDIT: Also it seems, the Earth gaurdian thing with horns, forgot the number, is one of the Earthkin. That was something in one of the supposed fakers posts. Maybe there was a hint of truth in them? (more than likely it was coincidence though)
Possible, if the Fae aren't the traditional Faeries we've come to expect. However, there's something that looks a lot like a traditional Faerie next to the female Kithkin on pic #14. Impossible to say for certain at this point, but I'd say that's more likely to be a Fae than the frog guys, whose look seems to be more in line with what little we know about Boggarts (especially the frog, like the one the precon Boggart wears!).

Whoa, I thought we were about to get steampunk Magic...:-/
edit:In light of recent higher res pictures (18 in Hayama's list), I take that back. There is no bird head, so my crazy idea might be right. Ayunno.

Did anyone get the Lorwyn book?
Cory J. Herndon said they were selling it early at GenCon.

I didn't see the book, though I wasn't looking for it either.

All in all, it's just another pic on the wall.
17 and 18 are the same picture.
Thanks for the pictures though!

Also, note the boggarts with a little word "Frog". So, as someone speculated, they can really be associated with frogs - maybe even in gameplay...
I don't think those swampy creatures are boggarts, but fae or elementals
And the stag looks like Harry Potter's patronus ...

They're different for me Oo Check his post again.
And yes, #18 is a kithkin on a bird.
