These are pretty much what the cards say. As far as Lash Out is concerned, I really can't say that there's a better word to use than "clash" for the keyword action.
The Spanish verb used is "enfrentar" which pretty much translates to "to clash" or "to confront"; it's actually a listed definition on m-w.com when in the reflexive (enfrentarse con), nevermind what my dictionaries say. 'Confront an opponent' sounds silly, as does "Each confronting player" for reminder text... 'ew' is what my English grammar says. "Clash" is basically the "cleanest" word to use here, I think, as it has better verbal and adjetival usage than the other alternatives in English.
I don't really have anything else to say, because the reminder text is almost verbatim to/literally what the spanish reminder text says. Stick a fork in these, in other words.
EDIT - After relooking at the spoiler, I would make a small change to the reminder text. Going to just type it all out:
(Each clashing player reveals the top card of his or her library then puts that card on the top or bottom. The player whose card has the highest converted mana cost wins the clash.)
It's arguably a more literal translation of the Spanish (with a little extra thrown in to make it clear what they won; it's implied in Spanish), but the reminder text on the spoiler card says "A player" rather than "THE", which matters. There's only one winner to a clash, I'd imagine.
if 2 of the 3 cards you look at are trash, what the hell kinda deck are you playing?
* I didn't mean to flame, if it came across that way. rather, in a joking manner, I wanted to point out that if its in the deck, it isn't trash.
When I say "trash", I don't literally mean trash. By "trash" I mean cards that you don't want to draw the next turn. For example, if you see Stifle, Wasteland, Wasteland, and you're facing a deck that's all basics, you don't want to draw the Wastelands.

ahhh.... fair enough. (... I kinda knew what you were getting at, but I was in an ornery mood yesterday... S'all good.).

(about the English language) It's kinda like a raft that was cobbled together from parts of three different boats and since then has been kept barely afloat with crude repairs every time a leak appeared.
