CIPT hurts a LOT, more than you might think, and the ability isn't really that great, because it's a "win-more" ability...if you have 10+ power of creatures in play, you are already more likely winning than losing. And the hideaway ability itself does not let you set up the top of your library, since the rest of the cards go to the bottom.

- Jon Finkel Facts: (follow the link at left to see more Facts, or add more Facts!)
- Chuck Norris counted to infinity twice—because he was trying to count how much damage Jon Finkel deals in an average game.
- Jon Finkel believes in maintaining a healthy, balanced diet. He gets all his fiber from eating Magic cards for breakfast, and all his protein from eating Magic players for lunch.
It's win more, but I still think you would play it over at least one forest. The CIPT is worth manipulating your library a bit and saving a bomby late game card for later. Just imagine stashing some kind of removal spell than using it when the board is stalled by Tarmogoyfs. It's not that implausible.
What, you guys have barely gone 12 hours without being spoiled for the past four days brother... I don't know where you're getting this '2 days without new cards' business from... lol!
I think he meant since we have to wait 2 days without any cards from Wizards, it will be a really long 2 days if we don't see any cards in the trusty ol' Mill, either.
And I was thinking the same thing. I keep looking at the clock, waiting for a midnight spoiler at the official site, then realizing there won't be one.
I wonder... could one of Jace's abilities be "counter the next spell target opponent plays"? Kinda like what Erayo does, or Decree of Silence? That would be a counterspell you could play at sorcery speed...
The thing is you don't stash a creature there you put a reactive situational card. With creature power ever pushing upward for the same costs this thing might be decent.
Terror put under there or a Cancel now your talking 10 power isn't that hard to get in an aggro deck. Though saving that 10 power requires a lot more work this can help with that.
The red elemental is easy to see through. It's probably something like:
"Whatever my name is"
Creature - Elemental
Whenever ~ deals damage put a +1/+1 counter (or other counter) on it.
At the beginning of your precombat main phase add X to your mana pool, where X is ~'s power (or the counters on it).
1/1
And the Giant is easy see through... I don't even need to describe that I think...
As for the card previewed: That's interesting. And that can be really easy to use with :symg:'s pump. Especially Might of Old Krosa. I wonder what the other's conditions are cause blue's doesn't seem TOO useful right now.
Hmm, on this land, I suppose it must let you play the hidden card at instant speed, that sounds pretty good... That and this mechanic combines well with the tribal searchers that put cards on the top of your deck (I knew there had to be a good reason for that.)
My guess on the blue incarnation: Whenever you would counter a spell, you may instead take control of it and choose new targets for it... Or however that would have to be templated.
This land will be amazing in limited. Just hide your hardest-to-play effect or creature and wait for the inevitable creature mess to ensue. 10 power should not be hard in limited games. Not that good for constructed since it cip tapped and if you have 10 power on the table why would you need a free spell since you're beating face. Not so happy it's a rare.

Watchwolf+Righteousness=You now control creatures with power 10 or greater. Enjoy your Darksteel Colossus, Storm Herd, or Myojin of Life's Web for effectively wg at instant speed.
I can see some sick things coming about thanks to this...

I can see your point but at the same time, if there is a temporary way to have creatures with 10 power, it could be tremendously useful. I like the example given:
"Watchwolf+Righteousness=You now control creatures with power 10 or greater. Enjoy your Darksteel Colossus, Storm Herd, or Myojin of Life's Web for effectively wg at instant speed."
You wouldn't be beating face with a 10/10 watchwolf on Defense, but after getting that darksteel coloussus, you definitely would be. I can see these getting play outside of standard for sure.
I just dont think you can always fall back on the whole "you would be winning already anyways, this card is just win-more." Sometimes that is true, but you really have to think outside the box, ya know?
you totally can either might of oaks or double might of old krosa almost any creature given its big enough or you have more creature on tha board to get the creature in hiding.

Also, try to post less one-liners in almost each possible thread, for the majority of your posts so far had little to add.
Generally, I think that these lands are great, and from what we have seen, the Mosswort Bridge trigger condition is so far the easiest to be achieved, and also most flexible. Thanks to flash critters or instant pump, you can get the card from the hideaway almost anytime, including opp's turn. The white land is purely your-turn condition, and the red one will probably be better achieved in your turn as well.
Not sure of the exact timing to make it work but creatures with Evoke, like Cloudthresher, should be able to let you have 10 power out with little to no problem. I like these lands. They dont seem like rares necessarily in Standard, but once they start getting used in Legacy combos and the like, they will definitely earn their rare status.

Great find!
Hydro, YOU FREAKIN' ROCK!!!!
Here's my guess: Jace is 1UU to play, has 2 loyalty, and the first ability is +2: Scrye 3 (he's supposedly clairvoyant, so that fits well).
