Benthicore - 6U
Creature - Elemental (U)
When Benthicore comes into play, put 2 1/1 blue merfolk wizard creature tokens into play.
Tap 2 untapped merfolk you control: Untap Benthicore. It gains Shroud until end of turn.
5/5
Primal Command - 3GG
Sorcery (R)
Choose two - Target player gains 7 life; or put target noncreature permanent on top of its owners library; or target player shuffles his or her graveyard into his or her library; or search your library for a creature card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle your library.
Well I have to get to my homework and I'm tired so sadly yall will have to wait for more from me. Kinda half awake atm anyways and reading is not great atm thank god I don't have to read to write a report for class lmao.
hmm, that had better be at least a 6/6 otherwise. i supose that could be the high end of a limited curve, but i doubt this will see play even in limited
Pretty nice limited card. 5/5 with no no drawback is some serious fat for blue. Add in two free critters and potential Shroud+untap and that's a hell of a blue beater.
It's still not colorless, and has no color. That's a paradox. So either you're a Zen master or an idiot, I'll assume the Zen master for sake of argument. This card will have no paradoxes because it has a clear paradox. Deep stuff man.
Hey man, thanks for all the posts Get your homework done, we can wait another hour or so for another post, it'll probably wake you up knowing it's done and you have the whole Lorwyn spoiler in your hands
Yeah, I know. The green command is the last real rare that people(or at least myself) are interested in. Just thought I'd put it out there. I can totally understand if he goes to do homework now and then goes to sleep, without posting it.
EDIT:
Also, I am thankful for what he's posted already.

I must say, Wizards finally was nice and gave us a jank rare in the uncommon slot. Where it belongs. Thank you Wizards!
The card: Great in Limited, jank in constructed unless people are that desperate for U elementals (it's essentially 7 damage, with the ability to protect itself). Thanks again for ignoring sleep and giving us more spoils!
EDIT: Yeah- Green command officially sucks the mostest. Oh well, sorry green mages!

Oh. The green command is so disappointing. No recursion? No token creation?
Also, does anyone else think the abilities seem a little off for green? I mean, a spell that bounces a permanent and let's me tutor a card sure doesn't feel green to me.

That one might as well just read "Put target non-creature permanent on top of its owner's library, then search your library for a creature card, reveal it, and put it into your hand, then shuffle your library." I can't foresee anyone using that card for anything besides those two things.
You don't see that this card is game changing( gaining 7 life and getting a creature card from the deck into the hand).
Gaining 7 life isn't that great. Creature tutoring for 5 mana at sorcery speed is semi-decent. Diabolic Tutor does the same thing and more for 1 less mana, yet isn't played much, so i wouldn't count on it. In any case, its a fine card for limited.

The blue fatty is effectively 7 power and 7 toughness for 7, which is too much at the steep end of a mana curve, but the shroud possibility is interesting. I will agree with the "jank rare in a uncommon slot" talk. This makes it a fairly good uncommon.
msun: Knives scoop ice cream.
Highroller: No they don't, knives don't scoop. Spoons scoop.
msun: Well, knives SHOULD scoop icecream.
Highroller: We have spoons that do it. Moreover, the shape of a knife that would scoop ice cream would make it horrible for performing the functions of a knife.
msun: Highroller, you bring up spoons as though they were the utensil used for scooping ice cream.

How about:
"Shuffle target noncreature permanent and its owner's graveyard into its owner's library."
Does that sound decent enough, especially considering it's just one mode?
"hey guys... you know how tutoring sucks because you use up your whole turn not doing much of anything... well, why not time walk your opponent"
this card is awesome. 'here fumble with your deck for a sec while i find me my bestest creature.' course 98% of the time, only two options are getting picked : P
Primal Command - I really enjoy how the new "charms" came out! The tension and synergy between the choices available is interesting. I would enjoy these in many casual decks of mine, and I think they are pushed just enough so that they'll see some competitive play as well. As stated above, how sweet is it that you can both put a noncreature permanent they control onto their library but ALSO shuffle their graveyard into their library? That land/artifact/planeswalker/enchantment is effectively gone completely, and their graveyard got emptied. 5 mana is fair for that, especially considering there are a ton of other possibilities built into the card. The Living Wish effect is quite useful as well.
i really like green command, its anti grave tech, it can fetch a creature, remove a non land permanent, its great. can't tell about competitive play but its a fun card and thats enough for me. ok except for that life gain which is crappy.

Need the P/T to determine true playability but unless it's very impressive(9/9 or better) the cost will relegate this to the bad rare pile.
EDIT: As a 5/5 I stand by my bad rare statement.

I'm glad its an uncommon because it can't be the preconstructed rare, though i expect to see one in the precon
Give the guy a break, he posted so many already.
This card is gonna be sweet in limited. But utter jank in constructed. Not too surprising here.

As expected, the Green Command isn't a pseudo- plow under. It is still sweet, but the black one is still better.
