Hmmm, don't know that much about Multiplayer, although I'd probably agree with Ms. Vess.
I'd rank Garruk above Chandra for sure, but the rest seems solid. Thoughtseize is obviously so high because of its eternal implications, or so I'm assuming.

I don't pretend to know much about multiplayer, but at least their tournament list is semi-believable. I think we can all agree they got #1 right, at least as far as we can tell based on pure power level.
The rest of the cards are questionable, and Makeshift Mannequin seems much less deserving than a lot of the other cards we've just seen.
As for me, I can't wait to bloe some $#!@ up with Chandra.
Of all the planeswalkers...Chandra??? And Thundercloud Shaman? Are giants that underrated? Those magazines sometimes are really off.
I remember duelist during Urza's Destiny era. Masticore wasn't even in the top ten list...
Instant Zombify is pretty good actually, since nowadays reanimation is control-based (instead of the aggro version that could be played in Inv/Odd and before... there is no solid reanimation anymore before 4 mana, where in the past there was Exhume, Life/Death, etc).
Blue/Black Reanimation has always been a decent choice, blue for countering and discarding, black for duress-like spells and reanimation. This card leaves room for counterspells, and makes sure your creature has no summoning sickness on your own turn.
This new reanimation card is decent, but it should have costed 1 less since the drawback is pretty severe (only things like Simic Sky Swallower don't care about it). So I'd not rate it as high as Scrye does, but it's still pretty decent.
Makeshift Mannequin goes well with Akroma... nothing like a mid-combat Akroma ambush. And most of the spells that could target her... can't. Course it would suck to have Akroma get killed by a giant growth.
mm I dont know about multiplayer but for std
1. Thoughtseize (this Card is the best)
2. B command
3. Gaddok Teeg
4. U Command
5. Doran, the Seige tower
6. Jace (he will be as the new phyrexian arena)
7. Garruk Wildspeaker
8. Thorn of Amethyst (will be the sb card for excellence)
9. Boggart Mob ( is the best juzam djinn ever w/o drawback)
10. Tarfire (come on is a goblin! and makes tarmo better)
Honorable mention to Guile (he rules the mono U),the "tribal lands", Makeshift Mannequin and Sower of tempation (cant wait for my teachings/fae deck):p

I'd still like to see the artwork for the cards. If nobody scans it, I'll probably pick it up (assuming it is a visual spoiler).
