Tideshaper Mystic is pretty good. Mana fixing in a pinch, and since we know islandwalk is merfolk schtick, he stands to break games in limited at least.
Silvergill Douser may be better than Saltfield Recluse- fantastic in limited, but likely not see constructed.
Sower of Temptation: A lot more danger of an opponent's 2-for-1 than from Control Magic or Persuasion. Even pretty darn risky in limited, but still will swing games there. Probably not as limited strong as Somnophore was. Constructed: Perhaps in a discard heavy deck...
Stonybrook Angler is a limited bomb too. Being tribal and 1 mana cheaper than Puppeteer, I will be trying him out in constructed as well. Puppeteer is a card I always want to try, but he hogs up the 3 mana slot and so just doesn't ever fit well. I know the activation cost is 1 higher, but that is less a consideration at instant speed than on the casting cost. We'll see...
Turtleshell Changeling: This is the first changling that strikes me as being good in a sliver deck. Uhas poor 4-mana choices in slivers: Mesmeric is too fragile, Telekinetic costs UUwhich is crippling when the other Uslivers are rather mediocre...
I'm a big fan of the faeries and I'm a big fan of Sower of Temptation. Come on, he steals your opponent's Tarmogoyf for a turn until they can deal with the Sower. The only thing that would make the Sower better is if it had flash. But I'm not complaining.
