Choose two-
Incendiary command deals 4 damage to target player; or Incendiary command deals 2 damage to each creature; or destroy target non-basic land; or each player discards all cards in his or her hand, then draws that many cards.

So we have Wheel of Fortune effect, Lightning Blast effect, Pyroclasm effect, and a Sowing Salts (without the hidden zone searching) effect...meh. Cryptic Command still seems to be the best of the lot.
The middle two seem balanced- The pseudo Wheel of Fortune thing seems off too.... wow, this spell is crazy. Hope it's true. If so, I'm going to start packing ways to deal with this monster....
EDIT: Whoops, I was thinking you could choose 2 of the same thing. =P So yeah, it's only ok.
No way. This seems broken to me... 5: Deal 8 damage to target player? WTF?

It's still not colorless, and has no color. That's a paradox. So either you're a Zen master or an idiot, I'll assume the Zen master for sake of argument. This card will have no paradoxes because it has a clear paradox. Deep stuff man.
Meteor + Clasm - Basically a less creature-damaging Flame wave. Seems decent for the cost, but at 5 mana it's a bit overpriced for a board sweeper.
Meteor + Rain - Like a double damage Molten Rain, but for 2 more. Hrm...
Meteor + Winds - Could be decent against combo decks, especially when you know they've partially assembled their combo. Screw up their hand, and take a chunk of life in the process.
Clasm + Rain - Like a more powerful Rolling Spoil. This seems like the most cost efficient option so far, but how good is it really? Against aggro decks you don't care about killing lands, and against control/combo, little dudes aren't your biggest concern
Clasm + Winds: Decent option for burn/control, it can take down an opposing force and set up a fresh set of burn cards.
Rain + Winds: This is something unseen before, but the combination of mana denial and letting your opponent see more cards seems counterproductive.
Don't suppose you'd mind spoiling the Green and Black commands, while you're at it?

Goes nicely in my magnivore deck... It is at the very top of the curve - but draw, dd, sweep is all good mid/late game. Seems less likely to see play than the blue command - but I will use it.

Sometimes "innovation" means "stealing another's secret before anyone else can."
Incendiary Command- 4 damage to a player, Pyroclasm, non-basic land destruction and/or Winds of Change.
All the options are decent, the combinations are nice but a 5cc sorcery needs to do much more than this to be viable, will be religated to the jank rare pile unforunately.
Why is Red still getting Wheel of Fortune effects? That's not Red. Sigh. Can't we have a cycle where Red isn't don't damage? I like it sometimes, but it's getting a little too crazy
Not that bad. 4 damage to creature or player would obviously be much better, but red has such efficient burn right now that a 5cc seems to prohibitive. The land destruction and wheel effects are not in such a demand lately especially at such a high cost. Too bad, I was hoping for a more tournament worthy card.

"Dark Ritual, Hypnotic Specter, Hymn to Tourach. If there is an unholy trio in Magic, this is it. These three cards have been wreaking havoc and crushing dreams for over a decade. They're like the New York Yankees, except powered by black magic. Oh, wait... never mind." Chris Millar House of Cards
Stone rain + pyroclasm might be an okay choice, but the other effects are not really interesting. Red should have gotten the ability to destroy an artifact, so it at least has some mode value. Wheel of Fortune mode will nearly never be chosen.
I also think they should have made it an instant, maybe tack another mana on it to do that... but at sorcery speed it's just meh.
when white and red keep getting the same critters all the time, but reds cost 1 more, has 1 less toughness or have "cant block" or such restrictions.
no...we NEVER get shafted...
come on!
every single red theme is underpowered/almost equal to other colors, nothing red does best!
removal? black beats.
mass removal? white beats, and black equal.
LD? green equal.
weeny? white beats, green and black equal.
burn? k, red wins here, but when was the last time burn won a competition?
Wasn't Dragonstorm near-the only deck in standard not long ago?
And despite all your comparisons, red has been going steady in tourneys all along, if not as a main color but as a constant splash color for its burn spells.
msun: Knives scoop ice cream.
Highroller: No they don't, knives don't scoop. Spoons scoop.
msun: Well, knives SHOULD scoop icecream.
Highroller: We have spoons that do it. Moreover, the shape of a knife that would scoop ice cream would make it horrible for performing the functions of a knife.
msun: Highroller, you bring up spoons as though they were the utensil used for scooping ice cream.
How can anybody say red is underpowered when it absolutely dominated standard ever since Time Spiral came out. Did anybody even notice Dragonstorm, Gruul, Sadin aggro, Angelfire, UWR Blink, Perilous Storm and the influence of cards such as Detritivore. Have you read Mogg Fanatic and Keldon Marauders lately, what does white have thats stronger than them. White Weenie is a joke, red based aggro will always be a metagame staple.
I'll agree that this command is probably the worst but c'mon saying red is underpowered is a completely ridiculous statment.
I just realized. Mycoloth perfectly demonstrates the devour mechanic.

i'm not particularly thrilled with seeing that card... it might be good because your getting 2 abilities that might cost you much more than 5cc, but the abilities are not that good... pyroclasm for 5cc, even if it has an additional ability it not really that amazing...

FYI, red isn't underpowered. Have you seen 10th Ed? Red got the best cards on it. Mogg Fanatic, Incinerate. While CoP: Red Rotated! Then you have Char, Ghostfire. A few months back red had Seething Song. Red also have Sulfur Elemental. Also, the only reason Boros played white is because of the critters. All other spells were red. Red isn't underpowered.

White is the one color for equality. So how do you get advantage when you're unwilling to give yourself a leg up? You find a way to turn equality into a weapon. Make it active and offensive. Wrath of God answers this call. Evening the playing field is quite aggressive when you're the one behind. Or you're the one that knew such an event was coming and planned ahead. Wrath of God gives the most defensive color some teeth. - MaRo http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=mtgcom/daily/mr164
