Why is Red still getting Wheel of Fortune effects? That's not Red. Sigh. Can't we have a cycle where Red isn't don't damage? I like it sometimes, but it's getting a little too crazy
If it isn't Red, what is it? (FYI, you're not going to win this one. :evillol:)

I'm thinkin this is not too bad in a LD deck, assuming such a thing will be possible. We know there will be a ton of good nonbasics, and Detrivore won't be any less legal. LD always has trouble stemming the tide of weenies, so this takes care of two troubles at once.
Plus, wheel of fortune can always be useful.
I may be misjudging this command a bit too high, but I think Incendiary Command is definitely playable. Though most red decks are aggressive, making Pyroclasm somewhat bad, a good amount run Martyr of Ashes somewhere for the exact same purpose. Greater Gargadon is of course a boon for this, making it a bit more one sided as you sack the weenies (In Goblins, it is even better because of Knucklebone Witch). A 'Clasm and 4 damage to the dome is never bad- Just think of it as a Pyroclasm+ a Char without a drawback- which would cost about 3RR.
Nonbasic land destruction is always good in any environment and paired with any of the other moves, create a decent effect worth five mana.
The Winds of Change effect can be overlooked on occasion, but it can allow you to dump a useless hand in an attempt to acquire more burn, removal, or some other key card. It's a gamble, but hey, so is a game of Magic.
I am merely stating my 2 cents and not flaming your own. I do wonder if it will cause any of you to relook this card in a new light though....
the land destruction and winds of change effect can be written off as inconsequential most of the time.
that leaves this as basically Pyroclasm+4 damage to the dome. Thats not horrible by any means and would probably get used in Big Red/Ponza style control deck. Its not great either and this card is hardly inspirational. It will be a niche role filler in the right kind of deck. If that deck isn't good then it won't get used at all.
I am making a multiplayer deck with this, Ruby Medallions, Seething Songs, Howling Mines, etc....and Radiate. Choose the last two options while you have only one or two cards in hand, and mill out the rest of the table.
if i use the 4 burn to the head, and the pyroclasm with hostility in play, dont all my hasty shamans die?
Good question. I believe the Hostility ability making the tokens goes on the stack and does not happen until the whole Command has finished resolving. Then the prevented damage triggers the tokens and a relatively free board awaits your attacking horde.
