I am convinced that WotC is "dumbing" the game because of all the stupid posts they come across on MTG-related forums
THEIR GONE! I just checked the pages and the card that we had for CON are not on the pages anymore! This confirms it for me, Wizards screwed up big and now they are trying to fix the mistake, but the damage is done.
EDIT: Apparently i missed a page, i didn't realize they had fixed it that long ago. My bad for freaking out. Still think its pretty much confirmed with how quickly they "removed the problem"
Somebody already mentioned that the "gatherer text spoiler" doesn't have Conflux on it. We already knew the other Conflux list was taken down. Yeesh. There's a lack of reading the thread a lot here.
@MagicProfessor: The original Zoa was not Chronozoa, but Avizoa from Weatherlight, if memory serves me correctly. What Esperzoa will do remains to be seen. It will surely be a blue flyer, though.
And dang, I have to say, somebody is in it *deep* over this one. Oh man, this is made of epic lulz.
Eh? Wow, how you spoiler-diggers can instantly get all these names are interesting, moreso that this has less chance to be all fake since the thread is still active......
And yes, no incantatrix for you. Or anyone. That class makes puppies cry. Mostly because they are the former Big Bads who have been Baleful Polymorphed into said puppies. By you. Because you're an incantatrix.

I suppose it's true. Though the logistics implied in a human/Great Wyrm Prismatic Dragon pairing makes me shudder.
...Something tells me that even should all arcane casters in the world unite, that the Grease spell would NOT be sufficient.
As for the _____-cyles(for we don't need UrSeds choking on us ;)), there were 5, here's the reference for it. They were the Legend lands, the 'Togs, the Voices, the alternate win condition enchantments (battle of wits and the like) and "tap an untapped" creature lords.
Ahem, that's Ben's opinion, not a R&D member. #3 and 4 were all within a block, which is done fairly freqently these days starting with Ravnica. #5 is arguable, but it started as a "4-cycle" because they thought protection from its own color didn't make sense. Many sets later they decide to print the completion anyway. (IE, they likely looked back at Urzas and decided to fill a hole, rather than planning the pro-white one in Urza block.)

Regardless of why they were printed they still were, so its not an opinion, thats a fact.
As for the list, we have it now, its unlikely that we'll get a slip up like this again soon, so what shall we do? I think we could sort them into the definite ones, like the Jhessian being blue and Grixis involving black, but that just seems too early.
Quick, how do you look up cached pages or whatever? Maybe all the wordings are hidden in there somewhere too.... it's quite possible... maybe?
Well, archive.org (the Wayback Machine) doesn't post stuff for 6 months. Not quite sure why. The other place is to look it up on Google and click 'cached' (which not all pages have), and it will give you want the page looked like the last time Google spidered it.
But the full Oracle listing didn't have the Conflux cards in it, even before the other pages were taken down. It's not in there. They only screwed up posting one of the three lists.
This is insane. I have never seen anything like this in...well, my history of MTG. This is going to be great. Someone said that if one card is spoiled correctly, then all the cards are real is a stretch, but by god i am willing to bet my collection on that <sarcasm>. Also, the names just scream awesome in so many ways. I just want to see the abilities. The one fear i have is that this will be super hyped and when everything is previewed, we all wished the cards were better

Regarding the Conflux (set) vs. Conflux (name) issue, does the Japanese language have articles? I seem to remember my college roommate mentioning that it doesn't. If not, the English card title might be "The Conflux" or something similar, and the article was glossed over due to a minor translation issue.

There's no Japanese -> English translation there. The card is most likely just named "Conflux".

I rolled 5 D6's and got 3 fours. They must have changed the odds of getting a 4!
The list was a translation guide for judges: They could use it to find the English name for a Japanese card, so that they could look up Oracle text. There was a corresponding list sorted by the Japanese name instead, but it didn't have the Conflux cards. (It's listed, along with Gatherer and a complete Oracle text spoiler with both Japanese and English names, under the heading Oracle(tm) Card Reference).
This.
The names are supposed to be exact, so Japanese judges can look up the English name of cards. There *shouldn't* be any mistakes on it.
It seems fairly contradictory on WotC's part printing Bolas as a planeswalker card. Since, all the planeswalker cards we've gotten thus far have been affected by the Mending to some extent and not as power as the older planeswalkers.
Which leads me to believe that either one of two things have happened:
A) They are considerably nerfing what Bolas abilities will be card-wise; so he doesn't become broken (since he's arguably the most powerful planeswalker to ever exist).
B) That they are upping the power level of planeswalkers solely because Bolas is getting printed. This, however, is more doubtful since it doesn't exactly adhere to current circumstances of planeswalkers.

Or...they are doing something entierely different that we can't fathom yet because planeswalkers are relatively new territory...
I mean, they could go so far as to say that he is a creature with the name "Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker"

Nicol Bolas? Planeswalker? wow....
The fact that it's no longer there lends credence to this being real, IMO.

I think the biggest leak ever was Judgment being spoiled entirely on Magic Online or some other quasi-official channel... but this is close.

I'd reverse the last two, but that sounds plausible.
