Hex parasite is definitely one of his 2. What the other one is is not revealed yet. Its definitely *not* praetor's grip, which is about as efficient as chimney imp compared to hex parasite. So theres 1 more (unknown) card that will be spoiled and take a swipe at jace.

So how about Phyrexian Eraser? Unfortunately, it sounds kinda cheesy.
While you are correct in the literal translation of masshou, a recent savor the flavor article mentions the negator upgrade as an obliterator. I believe they chose masshou in this case as messatsu (annhilate/obliterate) is already used for the annihilator ability on the eldrazi and did not want to cause confusion. Also, as you mention, eraser sounds unserious.

I am usually posting from my phone. I will usually be brief and there may be typos.
12/1/2004: Yes, you're allowed to have a deck consisting of sixty Relentless Rats and nothing else.
So Mogis is in the middle of a guitar solo, and then Phenax jumps in with
"I like big butts and I cannot lie..."

Maybe I am missing something here, scream whip seems a little OP that card alone will make Monoblack control competitive. It is essentially a nightmare (sans flying) that you can cast on 4 land and then have its P/T added to a creature you control for 4life or 2 mana or a combination of both Imagine this on a phyrexian crusader or a skithiryx, the blight dragon...
Oh god the carnage with the new free buff spell, *shudders*
Praetors will probably range from 8 - $15 depending on how good they are.
Obliterator will likely hit $20-35, he's narrow so I wouldn't think he'll get too much higher than that.
Karn will probably stay at $50-$60 for a bit and then hit $70-$80. Mark my words... Karn will be a defining element in the new standard.
Karn is barely playable in standard. He's not stronger than any of the titans, so many better ways to spend 7 mana on exiling a card. I don't think there's ever been a card in current Standard more susceptible to Spell Pierce (or countermagic in general) since it's been legal. No non-foil card will ever be more than 60 dollars again as long as it's in print, not including hype prices. He's no where near Gideon's power level, let alone Jace's. Gideon is 30 dollars.
Obliterator is better than Abyssal Persecutor, but is extremely narrow. Persecutor was 15-20 dollars during his "prime". He'll be about the same, settling right around 20 I imagine. The praetors will be 5 bucks due to EDH/casual. The blue might actually see standard play, as he has the most ridiculous abilities.
I don't know if you pay attention to the price of cards, or if u just buy cards from ridiculousoverpricedmagiccards.com, but saying close to junk rares are gna hit 15 dollars and an average planeswalker being 80 is just ridiculous. Jace set the standard for cross format all-star and was in a set that wasn't opened for many reasons other than himself. Which is why he's so expensive.
Wizards isn't going to make that mistake again.

By which they mean they will distribute nerf darts at tournaments, which you may then throw at opponents who cast Planeswalkers. There will also be spherical nerf balls, but these are intended to be stress relievers which you may clutch and crush in place of your opponent's still-beating heart as their Jace carries them to victory.
