"I am so stupid that I cannot understand philosophy; the antithesis of this is that philosophy is so clever that it cannot comprehend my stupidity. These antitheses are mediated in a higher unity; in our common stupidity."

Ok, just wanted to make sure it was actually addressed and not just some guys opinion... I didn't see it pop up in here, but I had to sleep at some point last night so I missed like 50 pages.
Source? The rules text on the card suggests otherwise.
Basic logic? A pair is two, and two is a pair. The card says "ANOTHER UNPAIRED creature" implying that the creature with Soulbond must also be unpaired. If the article tomorrow says otherwise I'll admit that I was obviously wrong, but I will be extremely surprised. How stupid would that be with tokens? Increasing Devotion, I'm pairing all 10 tokens with my Paladin. Yeah...there's no way.
The effect could prove so discombobulating to combo players, in particularly, they may fizzle and run away screaming. "From that day the Curse of the Plateau was upon me, and I found every hand I ever pull from a combo deck is a mulligan."

I think they're talking about being able to pair a Soulbond creature with another creature after the initially paired creature is no longer in play. So basically it can only be a part of one single pair at a time, but can be paired with more than one pair throughout its time on the field, potentially.

I just really want to know if Magic supports Bigamy or not (and an official answer... not just based on speculation). I think that's what I'm really looking forward to when we get to see the rules. If they make a reference to Bigamy that will make it even better.
EDIT: At least it's clear that Soulbond doesn't discriminate based on race or gender preference.

Heck,,why not? I guess the mechanic supports bestuality and necrophilia since the paladin could soulbond with a goat or a zombie

Wow, so I guess Wizards is coming right out and saying that if you aren't going to play a Delver variant you might as well not play Standard.
Delver isn't exactly looking for 7 mana spells. Without a brainstorm effect it's too random. If you draw more than 1 before your third turn you basically lose. Just because it's blue doesn't mean you cram it in delver.

If you hate the deck, I'm probably playing it!
Some guy named Mark something or other.
I don't think I've ever seen a pair of three or more of anything.
Which is why I specified when the day starts, the earliest timezone in the U.S, and gave the exact time differential for clarity.

No, I haven't either, but I have heard of things being part of more than one pair. Mainly that only happens in programming stuff though.
