......I thought Ludmilla was the only gorgon left on Ravnica after her sisters died in the fight after the whole golgari guildmaster power struggle mess? Who is this and where did she come from?
Well, she *is* a Planeswalker, not a legendary creature. Planeswalking is an excellent source of vitamin handwavium, so any creature can appear on any plane for more or less no reason
Im loving Vraska, I think she's very flavorful. Don't know if she will be constructed playable, but definitly a fun card to play with.
Azorius Justicar will win a lot of limited matches.
And Dead Reveler is just meh. Slightly better than average for limited. But another boring card with unleash. And man I'm feeling the Rakdos are getting screwed with the cards they're getting so far, we'll see with the rest of the set, hopefully it gets better.

......I thought Ludmilla was the only gorgon left on Ravnica after her sisters died in the fight after the whole golgari guildmaster power struggle mess? Who is this and where did she come from?
Shrug. There was only supposed to be one remaining Dragon on the plane too. Some decisions made as part of storytelling were, in retrospect, poor ideas from a game-making perspective. Dragons are great, and gorgons are great, and having more of them is more important than sticking to a flavor detail that wasn't actually all that important to the setting. There being more dragons, or more gorgons, doesn't have any significant consequences to the plane's story. And it lets us have more great cards like this one.
How is she a *****? Her spark was ignited because she was almost beaten to death, and then she was flung into a plane of nightmarish emptiness, all caused by an unjustified raid on the Golgari tunnels. She's out for revenge, and she's been given the tools to do it.
+1: Face her, strike her, and you won't again.
-3: She won't wait for you to strike.
-7: She will assure you death secure.
I hate to break it to you but while you make a good point on her background that justifies her actions, each of her abilities, in oracle text and in your words screams "I'm a huge *****," especially the annoying, brooding type. Don't get me wrong, I'm not someone to call a character flaw a bad thing, it's all part of the development, but she really just feels like Elspeth meets Liliana in terms of background and current story, with a touch of Nissa to give her that "I'm way better than you'll ever be" flair.
Focusing more on the card, I still can't seem to not laugh at how ridiculous she seems, she is remarkably well designed both at a glance and upon further inspection. Her abilities are almost completely skew to each other except in reference to her character. She's clearly not broken because she doesn't make you attack her so aggro will just bypass that for the kill and any other deck will have options. She's just a lovely package all around mechanically, and the bow on the present is how she would be a disaster aside from her understandable, if almost entirely boring, backstory. I'm looking forward to see if and/or how they develop her character more and what she'll do when Nicol Bolas almost certainly tries to employ her.

A better question might be where did the sorir vs. tibalt DD come from, sheesh! I wish that product would planeswalk back to wherever it came from!
Guys, guys... she sucks hardcore.
She's, like, the worst 'walker ever.
She's an affront to the playerbase.
She's not worth more than $10, tops.

I know that she could have planeswalked here...what I am asking is where did she planeswalk from? I am not a story guru and thus thought perhaps someone else could shed some light on her if she has ever been mentioned.
Although I jussssssst remembered that Maro or someone said that we had never heard of/from this planeswalker before...so nvm lol.
Have a helicopter drop you off out front. Light your cigar with a small Indonesian boy holding a black lotus. Then bust out a craw wurm deck with no sleeves. Raw dog shuffle, loose terribly, flip the table, leave in a hovercraft.

She's going to turn him to stone. Cuz she can. Cuz she's awesome, and has a better story than most of the current walkers, and has room for development. I mean seriously. She was arrested by a prejudiced group, nearly beaten to death by a Boros soldier gone berserk, went to a hellish nightmare realm when she first planeswalked, got revenge, and is now one of the last of her kind with the whole multiverse to explore. I can't wait to see what happens with her.
I originally read her wrong so that her +1 destroyed attackers that damaged her OR you. Seeing that it only protects her it makes her worse. Still a cool card. Dying to her ultimate would be quite funny.

YOU ARE SURPRISED BY A MANTICORE! IT QUICKLY SHREDS YOUR FLESH AND DEVOURS YOU!
Not quite. She kills 1 thing. Pulse kills 1 to many things.
It's still much more accurate to call it pulse rather then vindicate.
She seems to be one of the best walkers we have seen in a while, though I'm not sure she belongs in the aggressive golgari zombie deck that the troll was pushed into. More of a 3+ color control walker that is insanely good at doing her job.
How about comparing cards from the same year...when u factor in vintage value you ruining your own argument...not disagreeing with ur point but horrible example.
Lets compare, Gideon to the NEW walker:
Gideon: make creatures attack it, and it didnt kill them, it destroyed a tapped creature, and its ultimate was a 6/6 creature that didnt get damage.....
Right...
Vrashka: this one makes creatures die that touch her, kills/nukes any non-land permanent, makes 3 tokens if 1 of them connects the player is dead, no Gideon is much better......
(hope you can read into sarcasm....)

Awesome Planeswalker is awesome! +1 is okay, -3 is great, -7 is weird but can end the game fast overall I'm pleased. And lets all not forget she cost 5 mana 2 needing to be black and green she isn't going to hold a price tag above 20 after about 3 months.
Maybe, but her personality seems a little rocky. Her hairstyle makes her look like she's lost a few marbles.
