I guess OP wants it to be 'keyworded' like "dies" was. What word would you replace ETB with though?

It's a good thing i wasn't drinking anything when i read the announcement. i'd have done the most awesome spit take.
i wasn't around for the apparently awesome block that was Ravnica, but maybe nowiI'll get a good taste of what it had to offer.
i'm not clear on the lore, however. Did the Izzet and Golgari guilds ever have any direct confrontations? i don't remember anything from what i've read of the story for the block, but i'm quite sure i haven't read everything.
Wizards print good rares, players complain about cash grab. They print underwhelming rares, players complain that the cards suck. They spoil the best cards first, players complain about the insane prices of preorders. They spoil the meh cards first, players complain that this is the worst set ever.
So. I think I understand now.
As far as these forums are concerned, WotC can never do anything good because:
Card that is new and probably good = "pushed"
Card that is new and probably bad = "EDH/casual fodder"
Card that is a reprint = "lazy"
Card that is a better version of an older card = "power creep"
Card that is a weaker version of an older card = "worthless"
I wouldn't think they would give out a mythic from the new set so liberally (unless he is a rare artificially promoted to mythic). Usually the preview cards are something innocuous that might showcase the themes or mechanics of the new set.

Curious, can you really do a Golgari pre-con deck without dredge? Won't that send a mixed message about Dredge and RTR?
It releases pretty close to RTR's release. I wonder if they'll have a bunch of RTR cards in this as an early teaser?
I doubt there'll be any non-modern reprints in this. Still, wait and see.
