Volatile Rig - 4
Trample
Volatile Rig attacks each turn if able
Whenever Volatile Rig is dealt damage, flip a coin. if you lose the flip, sac Volatile Rig.
When Volatile Rig dies, flip a coin. If you lose the flip, it deals 4 damage to each creature and player
4/4
Golgari Charm seems sweet, though it's probably more suitable for BG aggro than for more control-ish builds. Wipe little creatures, destroy their anthems and survive the sweepers.
Ooh, what if contraptions are artifact creatures that have "when [cardname] dies, flip a coin. If you lose the flip, [awesome action]." That would be something I'd assemble two of!
Correct on Azorius Keyrune. Tap to add W or U to mana pool. WU: Azorius Keyrune becomes a 2/2 white and blue Bird artifact creature with flying until EOT. Keyrune is an uncommon.

iaquinta! While we have you here:
Do you know the last blue rare (something starting with a C) or the missing Rakdos uncommon (something starting with "Rakdos")?

That seems like a ripoff. Why would anyone play that when the next spell you cast will make your opponents draw a bunch of cards? It does not even look good for mill decks.
It's a casual use enchantment that lets you exchange permanents (or creature, I can't remember.) IE you exchange the enchantment and said permanent/creature with said player.

Deathrite Shaman seems really powerful, sure it dies to a lot of things- but not Tragic Slip, so there's that. All of the abilities seem incredibly useful and definitely bring something to the table. Can see a few aggro decks running it, but it seems more suited to a control deck.

“My abusive words are filled with forty grams of copper, twenty five grams of zinc, fifteen grams of nickel, five grams of embarrassment and ninety seven kilograms of spite.”
Im digging the wurm! I so totally can see it ramped up in to and when its cast you want to blink the hell out of it!!! You want to create a swarm of wurms and overrun the battlefield.
The dragon is sweet. Ramp up into him and create an armada of 6/6 dragons. Maybe use Rakdos to get the job done easier? But this guy is sweet regardless!! This rig is interesting if he dies you want to lose the flip so you sweep the board!!!
It's understandable blue control players would be shocked and in denial at the notion of this card, since their decks have been dominating multiple formats for an eternity yet they've curiously never once had to deal with any counter-hosers that weren't ineffectual, narrow CRAP.
The Twin Wurms is sweet. Nice design. You don't get owned by spot removal once you tap out to play your fatty. I'm liking Selesnya more and more, why not, I could even choose them to play in the PR!

Note that there's another aspect; that they're likely to spend removal on the 5/5 token, so you can't Populate it, rather than your actual card. There could be potentially useful tilt behind having to spend a card to remove the traditionally "bad" half of a bomb.

Restoration Angel is a card. They are going to kill the "real" half.

- To my youngest sister when she was 6.
Everyone knows that good luck and good game are such insincere terms that any man who does not connect his right hook with the offender's jaw on the very utterance of such a phrase is no man I would consider as such.
iaquinta, I'm quite interested in the last unknown card which, off the top of my head, is Rakdos Ringmaster.
Any idea what it does? Thanks for all this, BTW.
Yes, that's correct.
Rakdos Ringleader 4BR Uncommon
Skeleton Warrior
First Strike
Whenever Rakdos Ringleader deals combat damage to a player, that player discards a card at random
B: Regen Rakdos Ringleader
3/1
And the last card of RTR:
Conjured Currency 5U Rare
Enchantment
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may exchange control of Conjured Currency and target permanent you neither own or control
GL all in prereleases and see you at Gatecrash

Volatile Rig should be a "contraption"
How are you gonna "assemble" it, huh?
Golgari Charm seems sweet, though it's probably more suitable for BG aggro than for more control-ish builds. Wipe little creatures, destroy their anthems and survive the sweepers.
.
More like the old splash blue so we have access to board wipe and counter magic so that we can call it control.
Cancel and Counterspell in the same set?

The rig is a Rare - creature type construct

So difficult to appreciate all he has done already?

Oh nos, my MONO COLORED deck didn't get any relevant goodies from the new MULTICOLOR THEMED SET.
And apparently, red, black, and azorius all got screwed according to MTGS. Here I come mono green?

I will check later.
I would be up for more casual zedruu candy.

Broodmate spiritual successor!
...Unfortunately, not in Standard. The fetchlands there are pretty bad.

Many thanks to DNC at Heroes of the Plane Studios
