I see your point, so I will answer from a flavor perspective. She is too preoccupied with keeping the troops organized and planning the second rush of combat.
Yes, I can understand that, and she is certainly a powerful creature, but Gisela, Blade of Goldnight is still my favorite red/white angel in this game (with Akroma, Angel of Wrath being my favorite angel overall), so I shall not replace her in my decks with Aurelia.

Either obtained from someone who diverted them from normal transport or obtained from either someone who works at carta mundi or he himself works there.
In either way, prosecution isn't warranted in either of the three cases. The only way he could be prosecuted is if he is working for a transport company wherein his contract opens him up for such a lawsuit.
You are confusing prosecution and law suits. Very different animals. Prosecution is for crimes, and law suits are civil in nature. If a person took the cards out of the printing company, he certainly committed some form of theft.
If employees of the companies are required to sign an NDA, he can certainly be hit with a law suit.
Now that we figure that we know these are probably real as can be, we can start figuring out the mythic distribution (if it's similar to RtR's distribution):
In the same way you can tell someone is from the XVIII century because he is arroused by ankles, you can tell someone is from USA because he feels nipples disturbing.
Wait, look at the planeswalkers we know for certain. We have mono-blue Jace and GB Vraska already. Based on the announcement arts, we also know that we will be getting WR Gideon and UR Ral.
Assuming that GR Domri is the fifth walker, that makes three red planeswalkers in a single block. Moreover, it means three of the only four "guild-aligned" planeswalkers will come from red guilds. Doesn't that seem incredibly lopsided?
I think it's more likely that we'll see UG Kiora in Gatecrash. (Simic merfolk, etc.) But again, that's just my opinion.

Well, Ral's on the artwork for Dragon's Maze, so we'll probably be getting him there, since there's only 2 confirmed planeswalkers for Gatecrash, and we have Domri and Gideon confirmed. Don't get your hopes up for Kiora, as this plane isn't well suited to her.

I don't understand why everyone assumes these are real. I still do not believe that they are.
I mean, I understand that they appear real, but I don't think stores should be posting prices for these cards (as they have been) until we have actual confirmation from WOTC.
Just asking . . . do you think SCG has good enough connections to 'confirm' these are real before they posted prices or do you think they are just supposing???

I'm pretty sure no one has good enough connections. Wizards is pretty tight lipped about this sort of thing.
Do you realize how many 20 artifacts is? It's pretty close to impossible to get that many artifacts in play in a 60 card eternal format game.
I think the point is that you get to steal all of your opponent's artifacts. But that's as far as I'll comment because I don't know anything about Legacy or Vintage!

Fair enough, maybe in Vintage with the Moxes and Sol Rings. Each player have 10 artifacts out of 60 cards still seems extremely unlikely though. Legacy I can't see it at all.

Mycosynth Lattice would like a word with you. Get your copies now before the prices go through the roof.;)
I think hardcasting a 6 mana creature in vintage is not where players want to be unless you're the MUD player. Actually, against MUD, it would be more like casting a 10 CMC creature with all the sphere effects and that's pretty hard to get to.
Just to chime in on the whole Hellkite thing - as has been mentioned a few times, in a lot of formats the "steal all artifacts they control" ability is going to be why you include him. As an EDH and casual player primarily atm, that's the main reason I'd include him in an EDH deck. Oh, you have a couple mana rocks, a Scroll Rack and a Coalition Relic? Don't mind if I do.
In casual, living the dream with a Myco Lattice deck could be a lot of fun, and it's pretty much a GG two card combo if allowed to connect with it.

Did I miss a meeting and Modern was no longer declared an eternal format?
MUD, Affinity, Stax, shops in Vintage. Even Goblins use Aether Vials. My comment had nothing to do with moxes or sol rings. Obviously you wouldn't run it against Thresh but its a sideboard card. Expand your mind.
Eternal formats are ones where cards from every set are legal. This is not the case with Modern, so it is not an eternal format.
Edit: well f-me, truly did not know. I stand corrected. My comments were more with Modern in mind, so i can now understand where the confusion came from.

Eternal formats old definition was that they were non-rotating. So you could very well say Modern is eternal, but the want to bunch Legacy/Vintage together in one group for releases like Scavenging Ooze. I'm not that sure if it would be beneficial to include the new Planechase and Commander cards in the Modern format. Anyhow, declaring Modern as not eternal because not every set is legal is wrong.
Doesn't it bother you that Domori's first ability is worded in a reverse order of the usual format.
Meaining :
"Look at the top card of your library. If it's a creature card, you may reveal it and put it into your hand."
Instead of:
"Look at the top card of your library. You may reveal it, If it's a creature card put it into your hand."
First you reveal than check for type (like delver for example) not the other way around.

You only reveal the card if it's a creature. Thus, if you don't reveal it, your opponent doesn't know if it's an artifact, land, PW, enchantment, instant or sorcery. Maybe there's some reason to not allow it being revealed. Or they just didn't want to.
