Its sad how we have to wait for BNG spoilers when the set is done. I mean what could wizards be doing with it? We could at least get a few scraps of something. Hopefully for Christmas we will.
I really do agree that everything ia likely correct, but that 'known to be common' isn't as undeniably about rarity as believed by most so far. Revelsong Horn is most likely in my opinion. The term REVEL SONG plus its sharing the top-down theme and bottom-up function of satyrs in this block.

3WWU, 2GWW, and 4RWW! These were the mana costs chosen to summon the perfect little angel! But Professor Avacyn accidentally added an extra ingredient to the concoction! Chemical x Thus, the Powerpuff Girls were born! Using their ultra super powers, Gisela, Bruna, and Sigarda have dedicated their lives to fighting crime and the forces of evil!
I hate how Wizards cracks down on the unofficial spoiler season, makes me think of an analogy:
Wizards hated spoilers! The whole Spoiler season!
Now, please don't ask why. No one quite knows the reason.
It could be that their heads weren't screwed quite right.
It could be, perhaps, that their shoes were too tight.
But I think that the most likely reason of all
May have been that their heart was two sizes too small.
You're a mean one, Mr. Wizards
You really are a heel,
You're as cuddly as a cactus, you're as charming as an eel, Mr. Wizards,
You're a bad banana with a greasy black peel!
You're a monster, Mr. Wizards,
Your heart's an empty hole,
Your brain is full of spiders, you have garlic in your soul, Mr. Wizards,
I wouldn't touch you with a thirty-nine-and-a-half foot pole!
You're a foul one, Mr. Wizards,
You have termites in your smile,
You have all the tender sweetness of a seasick crocodile, Mr. Wizards,
Given a choice between the two of you'd take the seasick crocodile!
You're a rotter, Mr. Wizards,
You're the king of sinful sots,
Your heart's a dead tomato splotched with moldy purple spots, Mr. Wizards,
You're a three decker sauerkraut and toadstool sandwich with arsenic sauce!
You nauseate me, Mr. Wizards,
With a nauseous super "naus"!,
You're a crooked dirty jockey and you drive a crooked hoss, Mr. Wizards,
Your soul is an appalling dump heap overflowing with the most disgraceful
assortment of rubbish imaginable mangled up in tangled up knots!
You're a foul one, Mr. Wizards,
You're a nasty wasty skunk,
Your heart is full of unwashed socks, your soul is full of gunk, Mr. Wizards,
The three words that best describe you are as follows, and I quote,
"Stink, stank, stunk"!
Aside maybe we have gone too far with the hint of "never ending days and nights" as being lorwyn/Shadowmoor ... maybe its just a common quote like for antartic and other polar regions
soo to a name a block Ice Age could be the right one....
I never understood their dislike for spoilers either, it got me super hyped for the set way earlier than usual and I'd start hyping certain cards with friends and then we all decide to book a day off for prereleases because the set looks so awesome.
Now I just sit around and wait for them spoil the whole thing and just buy the singles I wanted for my decks instead of spending that money on travel ect to the venue.
Basically: unfair advantage to internet butts on prerelease day, since they'll have practiced drafting the set a butt-ton of times already. You can tell which butts those are. At my store they all got white boxes. Butt.

You guys think that we will get christmass spoilers like last year?

Are they really not finished with BNG at this point?
The people who look up spoilers on the net likely already have an advantage in the skill department and seeing as prereleases are not draft and are just a glorified fnm with sealed I don't see how this is even a problem.
Hurting the loyal fans because of Billy casual gamer is silly.
In this case "hurting" is "making them wait until a week or two before the product is out instead of two or three months."
I mean what exactly would be the spoil schedule that wouldn't hurt loyal fans? As soon as sets are finalized? Where would the fun be in waiting 9-12 months for a set you know everything about?
Imprint seems like a good way to stretch devotion.
"Imprintleaf drum,
Imprint - When ~ enters the battlefield exile a creature card from your hand, imprinted on ~.
t: Add an amount of mana to your mana pool equal to your devotion to the color of the imprinted card."
how would that work if you imprinted a nightveil specter? pick a color? add both? too clunky.

how about if spoiler season just spoil 2-3 cards (the planeswalker)
or maybe even just spoiled the Mythic Rare.
Keep the rest unspoiled, so people have to opened a box or two to know the common uncommon and rare
i think that's way we can get much more fun on Pre-release
And yeah i know, a lot of people saying, don't look at the spoiler if you don't want to, but the problem is a lot of my friend will talk and post the spoiler on FB, twitter, and etc etc. And it's impossible for me to cut all of my social life while on spoiler season
btw, i am not for nor against the spoiler season, i just give an idea for it. however wotc want to do it i will love it, since i am such a fanboy:tongue:
Wizards print good rares, players complain about cash grab. They print underwhelming rares, players complain that the cards suck. They spoil the best cards first, players complain about the insane prices of preorders. They spoil the meh cards first, players complain that this is the worst set ever.
So. I think I understand now.
As far as these forums are concerned, WotC can never do anything good because:
Card that is new and probably good = "pushed"
Card that is new and probably bad = "EDH/casual fodder"
Card that is a reprint = "lazy"
Card that is a better version of an older card = "power creep"
Card that is a weaker version of an older card = "worthless"
How is that any different then how Hybrid cards currently interact with Devotion cards?
It seems clunky to look at both devotion and the imprinted cards colors when figuring out what is actually going to happen when you activate the ability. It just doesn't seem very elegant, which I feel is an aesthetic that wizards strives to create with this game.

My favorite flavor text: Time of Heroes
Feel free to tell me yours!
Painter's Servant back in Standard seems like a Devotion player's wet dream. I think Wizards will stray from empowering Devotion that much more, after the deck type took 7 of the Top 8 spots at GP Albuquerque (the most recent GP results I have seen.) Don't get me wrong: I have a Black devotion deck. I think it's fun to play, and Painter's Servant could only stand to help it, I'm sure. But I doubt it will happen. But then again, this is just my limited scope of knowledge speaking, I could easily be wrong.

I don't believe changing a permanents color changes the symbol in said permanent's CMC. Therefore, I don't believe those permanents would impact devotion. The only thing I see that doing is making the following cards more useful:

maybe we haven't correctly guessed the rumored card and the source is waiting for us to get it right?
Edit: Wrapped card image
Thought Prison
Edit: Monocolored Devotion might have a bone to pick with that.
