Only 60 new cards sounds intriguing. Wonder what kind of reprints this will contain.
Calling fetchlands, Wasteland, Force of Will, Tarmogoyf, Vendilion Clique, Jace, the Mind Sculptor, Dark Confidant, Liliana of the Veil, and Karn Liberated now.
LOL. Clearly a conspiracy to abolish the reserved list and reprint the power nine.

I dont want this being true, if so then the packs will be like 10.00 a pop in card shops if not more... I also hope that if it does have good cards, that it will not be a limited run thing

EVERYTHING IS A CONSPIRACY!!!
In all seriousness, I hope that they have some good reprints in here, because otherwise (as someone who doesn't like limited and plays primarily Modern), I won't care for this set.
Edit: I highly doubt to see tons of modern staples in this set. This is a casual format aimed at non-tournament players. Putting fetchlands and such in here would drive the price up so that anyone who would would actually play this format can no longer afford it and anyone who has no interest in this format suddenly has to buy a lot of it. That's a lose-lose.
Plus, if there really are money rares in this thing, Cogwork Librarian opens up moneydrafting problems like we've never seen before.
i spectulate that they will reprint the fetches & other modern staples in this set. the set is a non-standard supplementary set which will not continue the "too much shuffling" problem of fetches should there be another extended->modern->? format rotation. the set is also right before modern PTQ season. one day before the modern PTQs start (june 7th) which will be the most ideal for both selling the product and promoting the modern format.
on a side note:
Magister of worth is 48/210 in the conspiracy list while cogwork librarian is 61/210. The numbering system is very non-traditional and is a deviation from the WUBRG order followed by multicolored, artifacts, and then lands.
my theory is that the set has an odd collector's numbering system of multicolored->artifacts->lands->WUBRG. if this is the case then the set should have about 55 multicolored cards which will need mana fixing which may possibly be another point towards a fetchland reprint.
Hmm, I hope any 'money' cards in this set are powerful enough in the format to first pick. That or I'll have to find groups that are OK with rare redrafting so money drafting doesn't hurt the draft design. This is of course anticipating draft-awesome cards that I wont really play with elsewhere (I don't cube, unfortunately)
That groupshot image is making me think that this set is where they are planning to include cards for key characters that don't have their own card. e.g. Urza, Geralf, Serra planeswalker etc...
Also that Maro decided to answer questions about this on his tumblr today.
I could be over-analyzing but hey just putting it out there.

That, or perhaps the numbering will be new cards in WUBRG order to reprints in WUBRG order. Either way, it is certainly different than what we're used to. Perhaps the numbering is a conspiracy as well!
This is probably the coolest thing Wizards has done in awhile. While I'm generally really nervous about going to stores (especially since I just moved to a new town and haven't played here yet, am a girl, and know nobody in the area) I'm willing to break out of my shell to try this. It looks awesome, and drafting has always been something I want more of.

No more so than any other Summer of Multiplayer things they've put out in the past.

The author name doesn't decipher correctly with the GVYJTHQXGR keyword. Perhaps it needs the key that turns Conspiracy into GVYJTHQXGR?

Very excited about the possibility of more reprints with this set. Wizards certainly has a lot planned over the next few months.
