I can honestly say, well, first unironically, and then yes, relevantly ironically, this is these are some of the most UNINSPIRED mechanics I've seen for a long time. I'm a Timmy Vorthos, and even I'm underwhelmed by rather...dull and obvious mechanics.

Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
I fear I won't have much time to play Magic these days.
I get to watch worlds develop around me.
I get to watch great leaders, terrible oppressors, and trend setters rise and fall.
Limited, Standard, Modern, everything is a different playing field I feel I can observe, but will not actually touch.
I look forward to the stories I will hear.
And more so to the ones I will watch unfold first hand.
Isn't the unknown exciting?
Eidolon of Blossoms delivers. I must have it for my Rubinia EDH deck. It's way better than an enchantress with Replenish and company. The haste cyclops makes me kind of sad. Why does it have to be so overcosted?
If you own the post after this one, I may hijack it to add more images.

Storm Crow is strictly worse than Seacoast Drake.

That wrath is hellaciously, terribly bad.
That's one laughable 6-mana board wipe.

Most of the spoilers individually don't interest me much, but they don't seem bad, and the mechanics seem neat.

A like constelation mechanic, for limited at least
|| UW Jace, Vyn's Prodigy UW || UG Kenessos, Priest of Thassa (feat. Arixmethes) UG ||
Cards I still want to see created:
|| Olantin, Lost City || Pavios and Thanasis || Choryu ||
These new mechanics seem waaaay better than the slop in BTG. My faith in wizards has been somewhat restored today.
Which is annoyingly overcosted, imo.
I like Constellation, though.
