Whoa now lets not say things we can't take back
Historically, cards that give underwhelming board position but only slight tweaks to the health swing are pretty darned bad, and this buggers probably no exception to that, but its still a hopped up bear and I'd take a vanilla grizzly over the vial. I wouldn't use vial in the same sentence as anything but wood elemental if I could avoid it
All things considered, the Vial at least combos with Pestilence. Then you got like Cemetery Gate to keep the enchant alive if you want to stay in mono-B or venture off with White Knight and similar cards if you want to branch into multicolour.
That Dictate of Kruphix is going straight into my Nekusar deck. It's also probably going to make some waves in Modern, at least in the Time Warp deck, but I'm thinking it could also be what's missing for a blue devotion deck. Or maybe I'm imagining things.
Dictate of the Twin Gods is pretty sweet as well. Surprise Furnace of Rath is nothing to scoff at. I can't wait to see what the other three do. Could the white one be a Propaganda variant, or would that be too strng with Sphere of Safety already in standard?
You could be right about Mono-blue Devotion. With that and the artifact anthem (it works well with Grand Architect), I think this set is pretty good for that deck.
I just want to point out how utterly BEAUTIFUL the coinsmith looks in that gold frame, if there was ever a multi-colored card that really captured the sense of "gold" its this. the cards in this block are just so pretty.
also finally, some cards that actually seem like regular enchantments, except that these are very interesting. being able to cast them instantly is something I have been wanting to see for a long time. after all the only difference flavor-wise between them and traditional instants and sorceries is that their magical effects linger. not sure if these will see play in standard but I want to brew with the red one.
Dictate of Kruphix looks like something Blue Devotion would like. I certainly won't frown at the thought of Thassa ambushing an attacker at instant speed then drawing an extra card on my turn. Every turn afterward might suck though, depending on the opponent.
Since I haven't read the articles, any mention how the Flash enchantments interact well with Constellation? (Assuming there are any Constellation effects that care about timing.)

Dictate of Kruphix is a really nice Howling Mine variant, the flash kicks things up a notch and it might just make Turbofog a viable deck.
Dictate of the Twin Gods is an interesting Furnace of Rath variant and the flash makes it potentially incredibly powerful, flash it in during your attack for a sort of mass doublestrike effect, flash it in at the end of your opponents turn and burn them to death the following turn (3x Lightning Strike suddenly deals 18 damage) and so on. Of course it's still a universal effect and if you're opponent has tricks to deal it can be very nasty for you but with control over the timing it has the potential to be playable. That said i'm not sure if we have a deck for it yet and even if we do why they'd play it over say - Stormbreath Dragon.
Underworld Coinsmith - meh, I like Orzhov and I like slow drain cards like Blind Obedience but this really needed to have both sides of the drain as part of the constellation ability, having to pay WB and a life to drain is just too costly on such a fragile creature (even if it does open up the ability to effectively pay X life and XX to deal X).
Turn 5 flash in red enchantment. Next turn cast fated conflaguration on your own boros reckoner -> 5 dmg becomes 10 to reckoner. Reckoner trigger target player, 10 dmg becomes 20.
while they keep drawnig gates its ok but would be nice for the deck be good and make people play that awfull land that is a FNM promo.... ....... .........

Two Reckoners out and enchantment out. Lightning strike one reckoner does 6 redirect to other reckoner for 12, then that triggers on opponent for 24. Fun times.
Dictate of Kruphix is definitely something mono-U could play. Especially the more control-y versions that run some counterspells main. It probably will make both Standard and Modern lists better.

Steel Sabotage'ng Orbs of Mellowness since 2011.
Yes please. I need that for Modern.

"Kiora is the Aquaman of planeswalkers."
"Useless and everyone pretends to like her?"
They act as normal for Constellation.
