I'm pretty disappointed that this is just another mono G 'Walker. Her description in that survey thing screamed WBG to me.
Gotta replace Nissa I guess. She is like variant Garruk, but she is a Ranger and he is a Barbarian.
I do want them to complete the tricolor walker cycle.
But besides Bolas, Sarkhan and Tamiyo seem one off. I mean Tamiyo could have been monoblue or UW easily, Maro even admitted she is tricolor cause they wanted another walker in the set. And Sarkhan seems like a one off causes he traveled through time so he got blue,I guess at the core he is RG though but we got plenty of mostly Naya walkers in that space already.

Nothing's stopping her from being a multicolor PW in the future. Sarkhan's core color is red, but as of DTK he's been everycolorexcept white. And let's not forget Ajani having once been RW and now leaning GW, or Tezzeret normallybeing UB. Shoot, with the Chain Veil being a creation of the Onakke, it's only a matter of time before we get a BR Liliana.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
This is a core set. They needed her to be monogreen. Best thing you can do is politely let Maro or someone else at Wizards know that you want to see Vivien again as WBG, if creative agrees with your opinion that she is WBG.

They made five 3-color dragons for this Core Set...
You don't quite understand what colors are for then.
PWs in Core Sets bear the responsibility to give new players the flavor and philosophy of each single color, it's the strongest tool WotC has and they're not going to change their mind anytime soon.
Core Sets are still designed for new players and not meant to introduce a new story (it usually tells / refers to the past though). Multicolored PWs tell via their color shift a change in their philosophy, a strong event in their storyline.
Multicolored creatures show off guilds (2 or 3 colors), it's a completely different role.
Nicol Bolas is already a pretty stunning move, it's a creature but turns into a multicolored PW. It's a unique case of the mix between the return of elder dragons + the fact Bolas has turned into a PW a while ago + Origins has been successful at making flipwalkers in order to tell their story. Let's be grateful.

So the Mythic Rare Planeswalkers are designed to teach new players the ropes, not the Planeswalker Decks?
A human? How but something more intresting and less generic that we haven't explored before like a thalid, or a treefolk. A green dragon. An Orochi. Sentient ape(they exist). A loxodon. A Naga. A fairy, a rhox, a insect person.
Their are so many different interesting races you have used, so basically get on it!

Nothing is stopping anything from being something else in the future. What does that do for me now?

Every core set that has had walkers has had a cycle of five mono colored walkers. Why are you expecting that to suddenly change?
