Most things this subforum are not rumors since most threads have direct links to the mother ship or other sides which got confirmed preview.
I am in fact asking for a rumor: If someone know or has seen the deck lists for the Welcome Decks yet. If that is not the appropriate forum you could point me towards the correct one.

Thanks. Unfortunately the deck lists are not complete.
It only lists each cards which will be in there once. We know it will be a 30 card deck, but not the quantities of the individual cards in the deck.
I did find it disappointing they don't really show the number of copies, but then again they are starter decks meant to help teach others the game, so it really shouldn't matter much on the numbers of each individual card.

1. (Ravnica Allegiance): You can't keep a good esper control deck down... Or Wilderness Reclamation... or Gates...
2. (War of the Spark): Guys, I know what we need! We need a cycle of really idiotic flavor text victory cards! Jace's Triumph...
3. (War of the Spark): Lets make the format with control have even more control!
Can I ask why it matters, since Welcome Decks are pretty much just draft chaff?
True. But it would interest me to see the complete deck list.
Especially since Wizard iterated multiple time, that these should somehow fit together with the Planeswalker decks. Which you can grasp from the cards which are in there, but it is interesting to see which are 2 offs and which are 1 offs.
Kinda funny that the second most valuable rare in this set according to MTGGoldfish, Aggressive Mammoth (currently listed at $3.99) is the green rare that will come for free in the welcome deck.
Not sure why everyone is trying to tell you that you *don't* want the information you're looking for, rather than just helping out. Are you the one that maintains the lists on the gamepedia page? I've used those in previous years.
I only know info for the white and black Welcome decks:
The white one is exactly as listed on the gamepedia page, except that there are *two* Loxodon Linebreakers.
The black one is also exactly as listed, except there are *two* Strangling Spores and *two* Walking Corpses.
I still think a post of, "Hey, I do some wiki editing and was interested in the Core Set 2019 Welcome Deck lists for the sake of posterity" would have been more useful from the outset than "Title," but that's just me.

Thanks, but I was talking about the Welcome Decks not the Planeswalker Decks.

There are probably 13 basic lands in the 30 card deck, since previous welcome deck also had 13 lands.

Good luck getting the rest!
We now have someone added the blue, so only red and green is missing.

It mattered for Brawl at least with the previous set. Things like Victory's Herald were legal.
