Well thats sad for the seccond and third character, could not care more about the first tho. Did the first died in agony or being betrayed?
Did the book said there was possible more casualities or there was just those walkers named?
I'm certain these are it.
Domri is rather pathetic in the book and dies like two or three pages after being introduced. A small party of main characters is cornered by a force of Eternals and saved when a group of Gruul attack the Eternals from the back. Domri introduces himself as the Gruul leader, acting like a brat. Shortly after that they see the elemental Vitu-Ghazi (which has just brought down the Bolas statue) getting decimated by the four God-Eternals who have just entered Ravnica and Domri is so awed by that he abruptly declares "Lads, we are now fighting for the dragon's side!".
Half the Gruul are so disgusted by this they tell him they are going back to Borborygmos and walk away. Domri and his remaining Gruul then rush to Bolas yelling he is declaring for him, only to immediately get completely butchered and a begging and whimpering Domri gets his spark ripped out.
About the second:
Dack is one of the point of view characters in the book actually. You really get sympathy for him (at least I did) and he decides to be brave and stay to help the good cause even though he gets a chance to escape Ravnica a couple of times. He then dies in battle. A damn shame. I would have liked to read more stories about him.
The third:
Right at the end of the trailer where Liliana seems to die Gideon grabs her from behind and grants her his gift of invulnerability, basically exchanging it (permanently) for the pact with which Bolas is killing and holding power over Liliana. She begs him to not do it and let her die but he tells her he believes in her and she needs to be the one before going to ashes. Liliana proceeds to defeat Bolas by having Bontu bite him, causing him to lose his spark (but he doesn't die because of shenanigans). Gids then gets an afterlife scene akin to how Gladiator ends, but with him and his irregulars.

Just back able to view all this on laptop instead of phone and found this bit that I'd missed. If that really is 'permanently', then we could be in for some very interesting versions of Lili in the future! We've all talked about how Lili's arc with the four demon contracts, then Bolas, has been ending, but this could send her off down a whole new arc in itself. What will someone like her do with that kind of unlimitation? (Yes, that's a word - you understand what I mean by it )
That would be exciting cliche storyline we will see more Lilian the indestructible with Jace eternal immortal recurring planeswalker wait till Bolas escape again or another dragon villain that would be trap.
