So, a Sigil of the Empty Throne of sorts. The tokens don't have flying, but do have vigilance, and you get a 3/6 double striker with psuedo-recurrence instead of a do-nothing enchantment.
This is easily my favorite of the Zombie Gods. Super powerful.

WUBRGMr. Bones' Wild RideGRBUW Trap your friends in an endless game with this 23-card combo!
How exactly do you beat this thing?, this is broken.
Actually, I feel that this card creates a sort of uncomfortable tension for the white weenie decks that suit it.
If you kill this dude and it gets tucked, does the owner really want to drop out the 1-drops and 2-drops they were planning to play next turn to keep a board presence or do they sandbag a few hits until they can replay oketra and get those bonus tokens...
Not sure if this will find home in WW. By turn 6, the earliest you could take advantage of the ability, your hand is usually empty. It does turn all your good topdecks into even better ones, assuming it survives, but does that really give you that much of an edge? I'm not sure there are many WW games that are undecided by Turn 6 where this would make the difference.
Poor, poorOketra. She was always my favorite of the Amonkhet Gods, to the end. Would be nice if there was a way to resurrect/reincarnate her and the others after Bolas is defeated.
Divine Visitation turns those icky Zombie tokens into beautiful Angel tokens with added flying.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
Is she pointing her arrow in the direction where the sparks are flying, presumably towards Bolas?
Some people speculate she will intervene and shoot Gideon when he makes the Desperate Lunge.
The pose would certainly fit with that interpretation...
Well I dont think we are supposed to ....uh.... discussing the spoilers that leaked (bookwise)...but...hmm... um.. I guess I will say nothing and leave it a surprise for those that dont know.

Been a member here for over a dozen years. Playing since '95 just got lost in the twitch shuffle.
It's okay. Very good in limited. I thought she would create tokens. I am surprised she has the same stats at her original version with double strike and the tokens are 4/4. A shame the trigger requires you to play creatures to get something out of it. Are there any way in white to trigger her very turn? Eiganjo Free-Riders, Enduring Renewal?

The aforementioned Whitemane Lion, as long as you bounce it to its own ability. For flavor point, run it with Oketra's Monument. You will get a 4/4 and a 1/1 with every W you spend.
Now they need to make a RGWU creature focused legendary one day or 5 color
But you get what I mean
The cycle is crazy all of them have incredible abilities
Red god = sneak attack but with no sac and bounce instead
Black god = Reprocess but throw in enchantments
Green god = berserk but viligance instead of trample
Blue god = instants and sorceries gain miracle cost is 2 less and is copied rather than cast so you still keep the original
White god = Sigil of the Empty Throne but are zombies and have viligence rather than flying and it’s creature spells rather than enchantments
I think people are underestimating how good she is.
Unbeatable in limited.
Represents a different route for white weenie decks. Like if your creatures in hand are not lining up well against what opponents have, then you can sand-bag them until you get value out of Oketra.
Very hard for control to beat a resolved Oketra. Even if you have 6 mana and cast a one mana creature, that puts 10 power onto the board. Removal just tucks Oketra for three turns.
We tend to forget how good Double strike is as well. She basically has 6 power, and unlike the Gods of old, she can actually attack. The thing with other Gods is that we ignored their stats a lot because they just were not creatures for the most part (Hazoret was an exception).
I'm surprised her trigger isn't upon ETB, upon attacking, or upon connecting to a player or planeswalker. Each has its pros and cons, but upon casting a creature is much easier to abuse.
Barring shenanigans, Green and Black have a one-time use ability on ETB, meaning you'll pull it off once every 3 turns in a vanilla game? Red is upon attack, so once per turn barring extra combat steps. Blue counts the first card you draw each turn, so instant speed card draw enables near "once on each player's turn" but it has a pretty high mana requirement.
Interesting Synergy with God-Eternal Bontu in an afterlife build. First Bontu is able to sac some afterlife creatures for cards and evasive bodies. Those cards will give you Oketra and some food for her token ability. Alternatively, first Oketra will allow you to generate extra food for Bontu.
I say first because it's reasonable to assume that each will get killed. And when they do then the synergies just compound. If the deck needs extra mana (and cheap dorks)then some form of Azban may be viable -possibly explore and Wildgrowth Walker, if it needs to be taking advantage of the sacrifices then Mardu is open with Mayhem Devil
That's for balance and complexity reasons. They only ever want one Army token on the battlefield within WAR itself. Doesn't stop players in larger formats from gettingcreative, of course. Besides, it's a (cute?) throwback to how her original card created Warrior tokens.

Wish she'd be 4 mana d:(
Also her picture doesn't appeal to me @ all
Best case scenario is:
Turn 1 - Land + Accel
Turn 2 - Land + Accel + Draw
Turn 3 - Land + Oketra
Turn 4 - Creature (1CMC) + Creature (1-2 CMC) + Goblin Bushwhacker

Oketra on the other hand comes down when you have a lot of mana for white and then you can get multiple value per turn if you're able to play only creatures. Cards able to abuse Oketra include the aforementioned Whitemane Lion, Kor Skyfisher, Emancipation Angel, Stonecloaker, or in other colors, Shrieking Drake, Dream Stalker, Fleetfoot Panther, Silver Drake, Sawtooth Loon.
I hope the token cards would be lazotep zombies, drawn in a similar art style to the eternalize cards in Hour of Devastation.
