Yeah, I've been talking about Birds of Paradise / Freed from the Real T2-infinite-swing combo here and on reddit. Sure it's a glass cannon but damn it seems tasty.
Immediate thought was the original Jeskai Ascendancy lists yep.
Assuming the translation is correct: no, it would not. It is the same reason Damping Sphere (when tapping creature lands for mana) won't care about the extra mana. The extra mana is produced from the Leyline, not the creature (or creature-land).
Not at all, unless m20 brings changes to the comprehensive rules with it. Heritage Druid’s ability does not meet the CR definition of tapping a permanent for mana.
"CR 106.12. To “tap [a permanent] for mana” is to activate a mana ability of that permanent that includes the {T} symbol in its activation cost."

"To keep things 100, anything I state is an opinion and not intended to be a fact. Any and all suggestions I give are a 100% opinion. If you need further clarification take the conversation to a PM. I am not in the business of assuming things. I'm only interested in 1 business and that business serves 2 things, Cold L's and Hot Dub's."
If you control a land that can produce white mana (which you probably do, if you've cast Gauntlets of Light) and there's a +1/+1 counter on the Druid, that's accurate.
So it does Cumulate and i can start with multiples right?
So when i have 2 of these Leylines in the opening hand, my first Llanowar Elf will make GGG instead of G?
Does that mean i can potentially play Nissa on Turn 2?

Sure, as long as you have two leylines in your opening hand, a mana dork and land within the first seven or eight cards of your deck, and a second land and Nissa in the first eight or nine cards.

Good to know, still seems nuts in modern elves.
