Ugin as a planeswalker might be able to use all 5 colors, but if they make him a creature, like Urza or Yawgmoth, he’ll probably be bant, Azorius, or mono white.
Also, do official spoilers begin August 1st?

Yes they do
And as for your ugin theory did ugin have colors before he turned into a planeswalker
I mean if he did have colors I suppose he could be temur or Sultai before he sparked but I’m pretty sure he’s always Ben colorless creature at birth even before he came a spirit (it doesn’t mention if he was not a spirit at birth)
Can we just get a sliver commander product ONCE? Here's hoping!
1. I'm pretty sure that every sliver legend (maybe except the first sliver) is worth the cost of a commander deck alone. If a commander deck comes out with 2-3 five-color sliver legends, the price of those legends would balloon like crazy (if past trend hold) and the deck would become prohibitively expensive... especially if they reprint much-needed slivers.
2. As a "gimmick race", Slivers are generally too concentrated as a creature type to have much in the way of "secondary themes" (like equipment in cats or spells in wizards).
3. Even if the actual sliver solection for the deck is relatively subpar, good luck creating three other decks that would be able to compete with a sliver deck right out of the box.

The only source of Ugin’s life before becoming a planeswalker is from the Bolas chronicles from M19. These stories, naturally, don’t talk about the color identity of the characters. We do know, however, that he wasn’t always a spirit. He was born a dragon, just like his brother Nicol, and became a spirit after Bolas killed him. It’s not unreasonable to postulate that Ugin was originally GW since he and Bolas are twins and this he would complete the 5 colors with Bolas. However we also know from Ugin’s behavior both in current story time and from the early years that he was a very cautious and intellectual individual, implying that he was also Blue. However we also know that Bolas is Red in identity purely because he is a dragon(even though we know that not all dragons are Red, see Tarkir). So hypothetically Ugin is at least four colors?
That said I hope they chill out on the high color commanders. We’ve certainly seen enough 5C ones recently.

Yea I know that stuff and yea pre-spark ugin could be ink-treader I suppose
Actually about 4-color how come that hasn't ben in the realm of possibility for these decks atleast 1 or more and I am aware it’s the extremely difficult thing to do.
I mean ink-threader would solve the problem for the populate deck adding blue without doing bant
Let's just make it short and simple, they are "Twins" meaning "something containing or consisting of two matching or corresponding parts" so we can say that Ugin might be Grixis also. But Im guessing the morph deck would be BANT color because of Ixidor.

I can’t see black in pre-spark ugin due to being good (aware there are good guys with black in color)
It can’t be bant we got that last year in commander and also that’s one of the brawl decks color combo

I think the Morph deck will be WUBRG for reasons I explained earlier in the topic. To wit:
Every color needs at least two decks, up to three but not all four.
Color combinations from last year will most likely not be repeated, and I wouldn't expect color combos from the year before either when they still have a number of unused color combos for 4DC.
The Flashback deck will be part UR, but it can't be just UR, so it'll be either UBR (which they've already done in C17), GUR, or URW. Green has far more Flashback cards than white, so it's the more appealing choice.
Madness will most likely be just BR; BRG was done last year, and UBR and RWB were done in C17. Madness could be UR as blue has plenty of looting effects to enable it, but then you have to choose between green and white again, and neither color fits Madness as well as black. Plus black needs two decks, and Madness is the best candidate for black out of this whole cycle.
Populate will at least be GW. GWU was done last year, so if it has a third color that color will need to be black or red. GW will still carry this deck as they're currently the only colors with Populate. A third color could get one or two populate cards, but it'll still mostly be there just for creating tokens.
Morph is the most flexible of the four mechanics here. Blue is its most probable color, followed by green thanks to KTK. White and black both need a second deck, and Flashback most likely won't be that deck, so Morph is their next best choice. WUB could have worked, but WUB was done last year, so red and/or green must be added. And if you're going to make the Morph deck four colors, you might as well make it five.
Since Morph cards only require 3 to cast up front, a WUBRG Morph deck would be easier on the mana base than most WUBRG decks. And there are a few legends who could feasibly lead a WUBRG Morph deck while also serving as a nod to other sets and themes:
Karona, False God was rather underwhelming. Onslaught block introduced Morph, in fact Morph was the set's signature mechanic, so it would only be fitting for a significant WUBRG character from the block to return with the block's signature mechanic.
Ixidor could be one of those "one and all" legends, a monocolor legend with a WUBRG ability, though I feel he was more of a UR character rather than straight up monoblue.
Slivers appeared alongside Morph in both Onslaught and Time Spiral, so a WUBRG Sliver legend with Morph would be neat.
Some manner of legendary artifact creature that's all colors (think Transguild Courier or Sphinx of the Guildpact). It wouldn't require any colors to cast, but it would count as a WUBRG legend.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
I'm not saying you're wrong, but I find it interesting you dismiss certain color combinations because they were in C17, yet you are so sure the morph deck will be 5 color, even though 5 color was also done in C17.
Yeah, I should have been consistent. Turns out my most recent projection was wrong on all of them except Madness, anyway. I did nail all of them in this post, though. Guess I should have gone with my gut then.
So, the remaining color pairs and trios for 4DC are:
WU UB RG WB BG RW GU WBG GUR
This means next year will most likely be UB, RW, WBG, and GUR. After that they'll have to start reusing color trios if they want each color to get two decks.
