Well I prefer to see cards that see play and are not overly reprinted being reprinted than cards like this 5/5 flying vampire that whenever you sacrifice a creature each opponent does the same .
I do not understand the hate here. I get that it takes up a rare slot, but at least it has actually seen play? Unlike ( Insert red coin flipping rare ) or ( Insert bad Timetwister variant. ) Would you prefer one of those? Don't get me started on Opt. Players cried for a Standard cantrip for years. Why shouldn't it survive rotation. At common? It just seems narrow-minded and entitled. That's all.
I'm glad this is getting reprinted to keep it in standard. It's the kind of effect that should always be available in case a certain strategy gets too strong. That being said making is a rare again is a big letdown. it will be a trashtier card to open at prerelease and in general in your drafting and will obviously have no financial value either. Should have just been uncommon this go around.
