I like it, nice simple design for a hybrid card. Really wish they could get Rakdos cards in these types of cycles right like they do for any combination of GRU.
This card just makes me happy. The colors just feel so aesthetically pleasing together. This is the happiest dragon I've seen in Magic (outside of the hatchlings).
Honestly, it doesn't feel blue. If it were blue, it would get better stats and draw before discard. It's only blue because they needed an hybrid mana card.
(Before you point out that it can be cast for pure red mana, it would be quadruple red. They could have pushed red's envelope given that.)
The card cycle power level seems wildly unbalanced.
Hybrid hybrid everywhere, do da, do da...Great card for an uncommon. Even if it lasts a turn or two it pretty much did what it needs to do by that point.

Would prefer it as a drake or at least if it had a better body (to be a dragon)(maybe a 3/4). By far the Owl (W/U from the cycle) is probably the best of the cycle, or close to (from the flyers it is the best));
uh thats a surprisingly weak dragon, are the Dragons on Eladrine not that strong?
No, this one's smart enough to know that having power 4 or greater paints a big ol' bullseye on your back.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
Tiny dragon card engine says hi. Love the preview video.
