That is how white gets card advantage in Commander games...by giving the cards to other players. (If you're a control player you have low creature density in your deck, so this wrath would work against you.)
Well everyone wanting four mana wraths here you go, though I wonder if the big creature is a "draw back" since white normally dislikes bigger creatures.

note that i did not say terrible. its a forgettable 4 drop wrath. it'll see play in standard, it'll get you there in limited, and it'll never appear anywhere else unless someone couldn't find their wrath of god or austere command in edh.
its forgettably average, despite the draw a card part because a lot of the time it'll benefit your opponent too.

Why is it there users that never known about commander
Doesn’t matter whatever con new 4CMC wrath’s are like always staples in edh depending on the strategy
Should be obvious that it's the drawback, because of obvious stated reasons (that white likes small creatures) and that it rewards other players. That's the drawback for your 4cmc wrath.

Atleast it’s nots draw per creature that’s 4 power or greater

You mean the user you quoted who referred directly to EDH (Commander) and said it was mediocre in that format? They were right. There are a dozen or two wraths I'd rather play in Commander. I don't want to give my opponents card advantage, and there are far, far better options.

If it was, it would be slammed into every angel tribal list for the rest of time.
My Zurgo Helmsmasher deck doesn’t mind this, a cantripping wrath seems great actually, but I agree that it’s rather a niche use case when it comes to indestructible Voltron commander decks.

It's not often going to be card advantage unless you're using it to sweep 1 creature off a table. If they draw a card and you sweep 3 other creatures, you are still ahead. If you also drew, then you are farther ahead.

It's card advantage relative to you having played Wrath of God, Day of Judgment, etc. instead of this. The only way it doesn't compare unfavorably to those is if you have a 4-power creature and all of your opponents have lots of creatures smaller than that. I would never run this card, even in a deck with 20+ wraths.
Even if your opponents get to draw 1, maybe 2, cards that isn't a problem--this still kills the board for only 4 mana, after which you exile their graveyard either one way or another.
Not a bad commander card. It is situationally more useful than a normal Wrath. It can be a good bargaining/bribing tool.
I was playing in an Oathbreaker game recently that went really long. I had Mirari's Wake and Doubling Season out, then used Finale of Glory to summon 30 Angels but... I had to pass the turn as I did not have a haste enabler. If someone cast this card against me, they would have milled me out.

It’s good with smothering tithe and if white gets more effects of that variety. Could potentially replace itself and having Heliod or Avacyn as mentioned has it replace itself. The idea is white allows everyone to draw, but it’s drawing into answers to everything in theory.

What? You’re not drawing one card per 4 power creature, you’re drawing A card.

Feels like a wrath the Group Hug EDH decks have always wanted.
I like how they're exploring territories for adding more draw power in white. First with Happily Ever After, which forced everyone to draw a card, and now a power 4 or greater clause on a wrath variant.

You only draw one
I seriously don’t understand what’s so bad about group hug yes it gives a draw but rids the board
The percentage is really really low of drawing the exact card you need for whatever situation is in play
WHOA!
I haven’t seen a 4CMC or less mono colored wrath in a while in standard enviroment
"You can tell how dumb someone is by how they use Mary Sue"
You mean 9 - 11. Time Wipe, too, cuz I'm bad at Magic. Thryx, the Sudden Storm.

As someone who plays almost exclusively commander there’s no way in hell I'm playing this.
White commander decks that are good at rebuilding board presence faster than opponents might also use this, such as my Bruna, the Fading Light deck which likes waiting on casting Bruna until after a board wipe and grabbing Emeria Shepherd or Reya Dawnbringer from the graveyard (that is if Gisela, the Broken Blade or Avacyn, Angel of Hope haven’t been found yet).

You only draw one card.

As a matter of fact smothering tithe combos nicely with it
