Well, you do have hand flooders like Forced Fruition which punish them for playing spells for example. Run cards like Storm Seeker and Sudden Impact, as well as Vise-type cards and you have a decent strategy to work with. Perhaps.

It works well with so many cards and delivers a powerful punch if it ever hits and a single wheel can produce so many tokens that just wins the game.
Commanders like this are so much better than the ones that are super specific for a single mechanic.
