Darksteel Colossus just ain't it anymore, but the other two are real cards at least.
Hey now, good ol Darksteel Colossus is still cool. It just has a lot more competition than back when I was in college. Still, the only one that clearly outclasses it in 1vs 1 is blightsteel and that thing is a risk in multiplayer where you probably aren't running other infect so it's a waste unless it kills them and it can get stolen.
You really want that? Humanoid, Day-Glo abominations that have no relation to what we think of as Slivers? Because that's what you're gonna get.
Absolutely. Bring it on. I’m blinging out all my Sliver decks. I actually want a Sliver Hive printed somewhere somehow depicting Shandalar Slivers whether it’s in a Secert Lair or what have you. But, Mark Rosewater tells us the Shandalar humanoid Slivers were so badly received that my wish for such a Sliver Hive card is a long shot. They’re not going to use Shandalar Slivers in a Secret Lair product.
As a cube owner, this does not fit my tastes, I think this goes over the MTG genre. It feels too out of place in MtG. To each his/her own, I guess.
That's only because blightsteel colossus exist since it basically adds infect (which should have been the one on this card by the way)
In the right edh deck, it would be great
Heck just attach a phyresis or tainted strike it then you turn it to a budget blightsteel colossus
