Better than Take Inventory because it's instant, worse than Accumulated Knowledge because it only cares about your graveyard. I loved accumulated knowledge back in the day, but I think card draw has gotten a lot better overall.
I've always a hard time wrapping my head around this thing.
So if you cast this, do you draw 2? Because it counts itself no? If the spell checks the grave for copies upon resolution, wouldn't the card itself be in the grave at that time?

Or it's really just:

2
3
4
?
The spell won't count itself when resolving : a spell is put in the graveyard only once it has fully been resolved. By then you'll have already drawn your card(s).
Draw 2 unconditionally for 1U as an instant would be quite crazy.
One of my biggest regrets moving to primarily play singleton formats is not being able to use cards like Accumulated knowledge and Aether Burst which I loved using back in the day. I'm excited for this but outside of living the dream with a really sweet draft deck that somehow gets 5 of these I'm not sure how much I will end up playing this.

Since this is a core set, it would have been nice to have reminder text that spells are still on the stack until they finish resolving. I know wizards is scared of the word "stack", but they probably should have had some clarification here.
Nice. Always hated that Take Inventory was a sorcery, and I've always liked cards like this. Very nice when you've got a few in your graveyard to slap one on an isochron scepter too.

So, it really is just 1 -> 2 -> 3 -> 4.
