I rather like the new Suture Priest and think it will fit in rather well as a replacement for the Soul Warden half of the Soul Sisters build. I will be looking for additional synergies that can be used with Suture Priest. The downside of course is that the Priest will only provide benefits to Ajani's Pridemate half the time but hey, one's opponent will seriously need to remove Priest should they plan to drop tokens.
My personal feelings based on my local meta is the inclusion of Baneslayer Angel and an alt-win condition with Felidar Sovereign but you list is a very solid start.
Part of the issue is you lose Eos... who is an all star. I made a Legacy version to include Martyr-Proc combo with the Soul Sisters base and it's pretty sick...
Still not sure I like this deck anymore unless they reprint Ranger of Eos. Without Ranger it seems hard to recover from a wrath effect. Plus like you said the new addition only helps Ajani's Pridemate half the time. I liked the old list cause it was more of a damned if you do damned if you don't when an opponent plays their creatures. Plus Black sun Zenith is a killer against the deck as it shrinks pridemate and gets rid of the threat in the soul sister part. Also Kuldotha Red has a beast in slagstorm and pyro that will wipe out early advantages.
But then again I'm no where near the level I used to be when playing magic events so I'm stightly out of loop in whats good and whats not anymore. That being said I can see that this is a potential tier 2 deck but it doesn't feel like it generates enough advantage without ranger to be a tier 1 deck.

Decks: Vintage Oath (35 card proxy) Legacy Vial Goblins (R/B) / 2 Land Belcher Extended Elf Ball / ThopterDepths / Naya Zoo Standard Jund / Koros / Boss Naya
Squadron Hawks are a must, and Ajani Goldmane doesn't seem the worst either. The other preview card, Pristine Talisman, could be nice for life gain + acceleration.
I really enjoyed Soul Sisters, and using it was the only deck in which I've won an FNM (I only play in them about once every two months). But, I gotta say Suture Priest on it's own doesn't make it vialble.
1. Soul warden gives a life whenever any creature comes into play. Suture priest is only when your creature CIP
2. Suture Priest has a CMC of 2, Soul Warden of 1. That's a lot when you're trying to rush them out.
3. As of now, nothing has replaced Ranger of Eos, who could tutor TWO sisters or a serra ascendant when he CIP, as well as provide a decent body to block after tutoring, keeping your sisters alive.
That's 3 strikes against it, way too many IMO. Of course, a Ranger of Eos substitue in Action could totally change this.
This deck should definitely run the SFM package. Sylvok Lifestaff seems really good here.
I've done some testing with a new Soul Sister's deck recently, making up for the lack of Soul Warden by running ETb gain life lands. It wasn't quite enough. With the addition of Suture Priest I think it may be able to work out. Here's a rough list.
SFM, SqHawk, and Cache all help to keep your hand full of threats. Sylvok Lifstaff dominates the aggro matchup.Sword of Feast and Famine on Ajani's Pridemate or Serra Ascendant ends both Vampires and UB. UW will likely be the hardest matchup for this thing. It gains tons of life, so it should be able to stay alive long enough to win against Valakut.
My thought for this is G/W tokens, with the green Eldrazi Spawn generators (Awakening Zone, Nest Invader, Kozilek's Predator) + the soul sisters (one good, one evil). I don't know if there's room to mash it all together, but it sounds like it'd be fun to try.
Still not sure I like this deck anymore unless they reprint Ranger of Eos. Without Ranger it seems hard to recover from a wrath effect.
Not sure I agree with you on this. Emeria + Hero of Bladehold seems like a decent replacement. I'll have to test further for any real proof one way or another. Another option would be to run Stoneforge Mystics and the Living weapons.
Plus Black sun Zenith is a killer against the deck as it shrinks pridemate and gets rid of the threat in the soul sister part.
So, wait, you're saying that because Ajani's Pridemate is one of the most resistant creatures in the format against -1/-1 counters, it's bad against BSZ? Your argument about about it nuking the soul sisters is totally valid, but Pridemate is a house against BSZ. I've played Allies and generally I'm happy to see Black Sun's Zenith instead of Consume the Meek. I would imagine that Pridemate functions a lot like a more consistent Oran-Rief Survivalist.
One thought would be to run Ajani Goldmane and HoTP for a more WW-like strategy to counter this, but I'm not sold on that.

I have no idea where this deck will be in the power curve, but I can definitely see it settling in the tier 2 slots.
I've been trying to find a decklist that works all day. My conclusion? It just doesn't work with out ranger of eos. I'm also always wanting to have some faster removal. Overall, it's just too slow for me right now.
Suture Priest doesn't really enable anything.
The deck is dead, it was only good because of the meta anyway, and the meta right now would never let that deck steal any wins.

Soul Sisters was my first thought as well! Think the list needs White Sun's Zenith too. Other thoughts, Nomad's Assembly? Then throw in Phyrexian Rebirth just for kicks?
Nomad's Assembly is an option, but WSZ is much worse with Soul Sisters; for the same power worth of creatures, WSZ is more expensive and has fewer triggers than Conqueror's Pledge. Phyrexian Rebirth seems like a gimmicky card; I'd rather run DoJ than bother with the one massive token.
Why are people running divine offering instead of Revoke Existence in their sideboards? Why wouldn't you take the more versatile card that can also deal with enchantments? Is it the lifegain and instant speed? I think that's wrong.

Because of the lifegain. Currently, I think that's more relevant than enchantment hate because of Serra Ascendant, Ajani's Pridemate and Elspeth Tirel. That said, the entire deck is very much a work in progress, especially the sideboard. As I develop more experience with the deck, I expect a lot to change.
@pokerbob1: It's an option with Stoneforge Mystic, and being able to drop Bonehoard at instant speed is pretty sweet. I'd have to play around with the numbers to see what I can come up with.

Partially because being an instant makes it better and partially because there are next to no enchantments being played right now.

This is the truth. The loss of Eos is huge, but these guys help out in the CA department. Hawks, Bonehoard and other equipment help you to recoup from a Wrath. Also, is a splash for Shared Discovery out of the question for this type of deck?
Agreed, a deck revolving around the "sisters" as centerpieces doesn't seem like it would go very far, but using them as tools in another creature swarm strategy makes far more sense.
There is no reason not to run 4x Glimmerpost. Your only cards with multiple W in their casting costs won't be dropped until turn five or so, so you'll definitely have the W mana you need.

1) We're white. We have the most diverse hate in standard.
2) We have the SFM/SqHawk/Swords package.
3) We gain so much life that most aggro decks can't touch us, and we have the swords to fight control. (Except against Caw-go. They have the same package and more control.)

Here's a list:
4 Serra Ascendant
4 Suture Priest
4 Ajani's Pridemate
4 Hero of Bladehold
3 Elspeth Tirel
2 Armored Ascension
4 Journey to Nowhere
4 Master's Call
2 Conqueror's Pledge
4 Kabira Crossroads
4 Emeria, the Sky Ruin
17 Plains
Is this a viable option in today's standard environment? It would make Grave Titan a non-threat.
