For those who are judging or wish to otherwise be correct at the prerelease, you should probably read this.
There is one error that should be noted:
The Clone-a-Wizard interaction, you cannot get a Cloned Wizard without a counter. The "add a counter" replacement cannot be applied before the "copy" replacement, since it does not apply to that event yet.

But seriously, if you can't remember "Woapalanne", just call me Eli.
Although the prowl reminder text lists specific creature types, this is done for convenience only. The prowl card's current creature types are what actually matter. For example, if a card such as Conspiracy causes a prowl spell to be an Elf, then you can pay its prowl cost rather than its mana cost only if an Elf you controlled dealt combat damage to a player that turn.
That's very interesting and I'm sure will result in someone being able to break it. I just don't know how yet.
Also super glad that were smart enough to put this in:
* The effect reduces the total cost of the spell, regardless of whether you chose to pay additional or alternative costs. For example, if you play a Rogue spell by paying its prowl cost, Frogtosser Banneret causes that spell to cost {1} less.
Since it says that Reinforce counts as an activated ability, does that mean it is played at instant-speed?
Yes...yes it does. Unless there's some magical way for your opponent to prevent you from playing activated abilites any time you could play an instant.
Also good to note is that all those reinforce creatures are not vanillia's once in play. That means that Muraganda Petroglyphs will not be giving them a bonus anytime soon.

Also in the primer: Comes-into-play replacement effects only look at the copiable values of the object coming into play, which includes copy effects already applied but not type-changing effects.

That should take care of alot of questions.
You are so optimistic about people reading the primer.

I'm more worried about the judges who make bad calls like telling me I'm can't Islandwalk a Jace or Swampwalk a Vess. I don't think even 25% of the players will read this before the prerelease, but It's nice to know this will be spelled out for newer judges or judges who have to keep up with multiple game systems. I'm pretty sure most of the new and old judges would read this...at least I hope so:p.
Edit: After Re-reading the primer again I noted that they point out that you could in fact equip your opponents creatures with the auto-class attach ability on the equipment. Is there something I'm missing here? Why would you ever want to do that with the small exception of creatures who die when targeted by stuff. While I can't understand why you would want to equip your oppenents guys, I'm guess you would be able to equip your partners creatures in 2-Headed Giant. That should be correct as well right? If so, then it makes them much better in 2hg.
You can attach (not equip) the tribal Equipment to opponents stuff, but you're right, it's normally a bad idea. Attaching it to a teammate's guy in 2HG is the more likely scenario that I'm sure will come up Saturday, and that is also legal.

So he's now a 3/3 for 3 with firebreathing who gives +1/+1 to all your other Barbarians!
It'll get changed as soon as Shadowmoor comes out, but I thought it was worth mentioning.
Currently 62/265 cards.
That's the CompRules & Oracle update, not the MOR primer Less exciting unless you're a huge rules geek. (like me)
