Well, it doesn't trigger the ability, the beginning of your upkeep does that. However, it will share a creature type with the Shaman, so you will be able to reveal it and get a 2/2.
The reason is that Changeling is a CDA (characteristic defining ability) which means it applies in all zones. So, even when the Nameless Inversion is in your library, it still has all creature types. So, assuming your Wolf-Skull Shaman has any creature type at all when the ability resolves, it will share a creature type with the Nameless Inversion and you will be able to reveal the Inversion and get a 2/2.
In the same line of questioning, could i respond to the kinship trigger by using Amoeboid Changeling to take away all creature types from the kinship creature till EOT, thus "countering" it?( not really countering, just making it impossible for it to trigger)
Once again, you wouldn't be doing anything to the trigger. It would still trigger, go on the stack, and resolve as normal.
However, the creature types of the creature with Kinship are checked on resolution, and if it has no creature types then it would be impossible for anything to share a creature type with it. So, by removing all creature types from the Kinship creature (with something like Amoeboid Changeling), you will indeed be able to make the trigger do nothing regardless of what the top card of your opponent's library is.
Same question, but what if my Wolf Skull Shaman has its creature types taken away, and then I reveal a card that has no creature types? Will it be considered as not having the same creature types because neither have any? Or will it be considered sharing a creature type because they both have [none].

None is never something. If they both have no creature types then they share none, and you won't be able to create a 2/2 wolf.

I don't care if I was framed for murder if I only got a warning I would let it go.
