If you Scapeshift on turn four, sacrificing four lands to search for three Cloudposts and a Vesuva, can the Vesuva copy the Cloudposts as it comes into play? If so, why? If not, why?
The Vesuva looks at a land to copy as it's coming into play. It isn't in play yet. You're putting all four lands into play at the same time. When Vesuva looks for a land to copy, the Cloudposts aren't in play yet, either. Therefore, you can't copy one of the Cloudposts with the Vesuva.
It's not a Golden Jesus Cookie (with chocolate AIDS-vaccine frosting),(Note - Despite what your crafty opponents may tell you, rogue Tarmogoyfs ONLY have the creature type 'Lhurgoyf'. They will not enable them to Prowl out spells after dealing combat damage. If your opponent tries this trick on you, I suggest making his Tarmogoyf even more rogue...cover it with tasty peanut butter.)
. . . how it works is like this. 1) Scapeshift is played, you sacrifice 2 lands and get a vesuva and a cloudpost. 2) CIP for vesuva triggers during Resolution of Scapeshift. 3) Lands are in play, stack resolves Scapeshift, then Vesuva copy resolves targetting cloudpost.

Vesuva does not have a "comes into play" trigger. It has a static ability that requires you to make a choice AS it comes into play. At this point, none of the lands from Scapeshift are IN play yet, so you cannot choose one of them. Unless there is a cloudpost already in play, this does not do what you would like.

I ran a test on MTGO just now to see how this interaction works.
I cast Warp World in a deck full of clones - when it resolved, the Clones were in play, asking me what I'd like them to copy, and I got to select the Flametongue Kavu Warp World had put into play alongside the clones.
So, if you trust MTGO, Wildfire is wrong and Delphius is right (for the wrong reasons).
When you Scapeshift, you choose the order the lands come into play. So it would work if you do it right.
You do choose the order of the effects that the lands have (if any) when they come into play, but the lands all come into play at the same time.
And when Vesuva comes into play, it is looking at the lands ALREADY in play. So if you already have a Cloudpost in play, the Vesuva can become that. If you don't, it will become some other land that is already in play.

Q: I cast Scapeshift, sacrificing five lands, and I search up three Flagstones of Trokair and two Vesuvas. Can I have the Vesuvas copy the Flagstones, so that all five of them go to the graveyard at the same time, or does the legend rule have priority, causing the Flagstones to go to the graveyard before Vesuva even gets a chance to copy them?
A: What you want to do does not work, but not for the reason you stated. All of these lands are put into play at the same time, as Scapeshift resolves. As part of putting a Vesuva into play, you choose a land in play for it to copy. In order for you to choose to have these Vesuvas copy a Flagstones of Trokair, one would need to be in play before Scapeshift started to resolve.
What about if I searched for the graft land and that forest dryad land creature? Would I be able to put the +1/+1 counter on the land creature from the graft land? Sorry, I don't remember their names.

It's funny how this exactly mirrors another rules question asked recently: Bramblewood Paragon and Soul Warden.
The Graft land is like Soul Warden, and does trigger for moving its counter when it enters play at the same time as Dryad Arbor.

Sweet! Thanks alot. Although paying 2GG for 2 2/2's isn't to incredibly amazing. Wait... or I could get 1 4/4. Or if I have more lands in play I could get 4 2/2's. Hmm... I must ponder how to get the most out of my scapeshift some more...
